Waqala niswatun fee almadeenatiimraatu alAAazeezi turawidu fataha AAannafsihi qad shaghafaha hubban inna lanarahafee dalalin mubeenin وقال نسوة في المدينة امرأت العزيز تراود فتاها عن نفسه قد شغفها حبا إنا لنراها في ضلال مبين
وَقَالَ نِسْوَةٌ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ امْرَأَةُ الْعَزِيزِ تُرَاوِدُ فَتَاهَا عَن نَّفْسِهِ قَدْ شَغَفَهَا حُبًّا إِنَّا لَنَرَاهَا فِي ضَلاَلٍ مُّبِينٍ

  اور شہر میں (اُمراء کی) کچھ عورتوں نے کہنا (شروع) کر دیا کہ عزیز کی بیوی اپنے غلام کو اس سے مطلب براری کے لئے پھسلاتی ہے، اس (غلام) کی محبت اس کے دل میں گھر کر گئی ہے، بیشک ہم اسے کھلی گمراہی میں دیکھ رہی ہیں

Yousuf AliLadies said in the City: "The wife of the (great) 'Aziz is seeking to seduce her slave from his (true) self: Truly hath he inspired her with violent love: we see she is evidently going astray."

Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyاور شہر میں عورتیں گفتگوئیں کرنے لگیں کہ عزیز کی بیوی اپنے غلام کو اپنی طرف مائل کرنا چاہتی ہے۔ اور اس کی محبت اس کے دل میں گھر کرگئی ہے۔ ہم دیکھتی ہیں کہ وہ صریح گمراہی میں ہے
Mehmood Al Hassanاور کہنے لگیں عورتیں اس شہر میں عزیز کی عورت خواہش کرتی ہے اپنے غلام سے اسکے جی کو فریفتہ ہو گیا اس کا دل اسکی محبت میں ہم تو دیکھتے ہیں اسکو صریح خطا پر
Abul Ala Maududiشہر کی عورتیں آپس میں چرچا کرنے لگیں کہ "عزیز کی بیوی اپنے نوجوان غلام کے پیچھے پڑی ہوئی ہے، محبت نے اس کو بے قابو کر رکھا ہے، ہمارے نزدیک تو وہ صریح غلطی کر رہی ہے"
