Waqala lifityanihi ijAAaloo bidaAAatahumfee rihalihim laAAallahum yaAArifoonaha ithainqalaboo ila ahlihim laAAallahum yarjiAAoona وقال لفتيانه اجعلوا بضاعتهم في رحالهم لعلهم يعرفونها إذا انقلبوا إلى أهلهم لعلهم يرجعون
وَقَالَ لِفِتْيَانِهِ اجْعَلُواْ بِضَاعَتَهُمْ فِي رِحَالِهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَعْرِفُونَهَا إِذَا انقَلَبُواْ إِلَى أَهْلِهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

  اور یوسف (علیہ السلام) نے اپنے غلاموں سے فرمایا: ان کی رقم (جو انہوں نے غلہ کے عوض اد اکی تھی واپس) ان کی بوریوں میں رکھ دو تاکہ جب وہ اپنے گھر والوں کی طرف لوٹیں تو اسے پہچان لیں (کہ یہ رقم تو واپس آگئی ہے) شاید وہ (اسی سبب سے) لوٹ کر آجائیں

Yousuf AliAnd (Joseph) told his servants to put their stock-in-trade (with which they had bartered) into their saddle-bags, so they should know it only when they returned to their people, in order that they might come back.

Ahmed Aliاور اپنے خدمتگاروں سے کہہ دیا کہ ان کی پونجی ان کے اسباب میں رکھ دو تاکہ وہ اسے پہچانیں جب وہ لوٹ کر اپنےگھر جائیں شاید وہ پھر آجائیں

Shabbir Ahmed اور یوسف نے کہا: اپنے خادموں سے کہ رکھ دو ان کی نقدی ان کے سامان میں تاکہ وہ پہچان لیں اُسے جب لوٹ کر جائیں اپنے گھر والوں کے پاس، تاکہ وہ پھر لوٹ کر آئیں۔
Fateh Muhammad Jalandhary(اور یوسف نے) اپنے خدام سے کہا کہ ان کا سرمایہ (یعنی غلّے کی قیمت) ان کے شلیتوں میں رکھ دو عجب نہیں کہ جب یہ اپنے اہل وعیال میں جائیں تو اسے پہچان لیں (اور) عجب نہیں کہ پھر یہاں آئیں
Mehmood Al Hassanاور کہدیا اپنے خدمت گاروں کو رکھ دو انکی پونجی انکے اسباب میں شاید اس کو پہچانیں جب پھر کر پہنچیں اپنے گھر شاید وہ پھر آ جائیں
Abul Ala Maududiیوسفؑ نے اپنے غلاموں کو اشارہ کیا کہ "اِن لوگوں نے غلے کے عوض جو مال دیا ہے وہ چپکے سے ان کے سامان ہی میں رکھ دو" یہ یوسفؑ نے اِس امید پر کیا کہ گھر پہنچ کر وہ اپنا واپس پایا ہوا مال پہچان جائیں گے (یا اِس فیاضی پر احسان مند ہوں گے) اور عجب نہیں کہ پھر پلٹیں
