WaAllahu faddala baAAdakumAAala baAAdin fee alrrizqi fama allatheenafuddiloo biraddee rizqihim AAala mamalakat aymanuhum fahum feehi sawaon afabiniAAmatiAllahi yajhadoona والله فضل بعضكم على بعض في الرزق فما الذين فضلوا برادي رزقهم على ما ملكت أيمانهم فهم فيه سواء أفبنعمة الله يجحدون
وَاللّهُ فَضَّلَ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ فِي الْرِّزْقِ فَمَا الَّذِينَ فُضِّلُواْ بِرَآدِّي رِزْقِهِمْ عَلَى مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ أَفَبِنِعْمَةِ اللّهِ يَجْحَدُونَ

  اور اللہ نے تم میں سے بعض کو بعض پر رزق (کے درجات) میں فضیلت دی ہے (تاکہ وہ تمہیں حکمِ انفاق کے ذریعے آزمائے)، مگر جن لوگوں کو فضیلت دی گئی ہے وہ اپنی دولت (کے کچھ حصہ کو بھی) اپنے زیردست لوگوں پر نہیں لوٹاتے (یعنی خرچ نہیں کرتے) حالانکہ وہ سب اس میں (بنیادی ضروریات کی حد تک) برابر ہیں، تو کیا وہ اللہ کی نعمتوں کا انکار کرتے ہیں

Yousuf AliAllah has bestowed His gifts of sustenance more freely on some of you than on others: those more favoured are not going to throw back their gifts to those whom their right hands possess, so as to be equal in that respect. Will they then deny the favours of Allah?

Ahmed Aliاور الله نے تم میں سے بعض کو بعض پر روزی میں فضیلت دی پھر جنہیں فضیلت دی گئی وہ اپنے حصہ کا مال اپنے غلاموں کو دینےو الے نہیں کہ وہ اس میں برابر ہو جائیں پھر کیا الله کی نعمت کا انکار کرتے ہیں
Ahmed Raza Khanاور اللہ نے تم میں ایک دوسرے پر رزق میں بڑائی دی تو جنہیں بڑائی دی ہے وہ اپنا رزق اپنے باندی غلاموں کو نہ پھیر دیں گے کہ وہ سب اس میں برابر ہوجائیں تو کیا اللہ کی نعمت سے مکرتے ہیں،
Shabbir Ahmed اور اللہ نے فضیلت دی ہے تم میں سے بعض کو بعض پر رزق میں۔ سو نہیں ہیں وہ لوگ جنہیں فضیلت دی گئی ہے (ایسے) کہ دے دیں اپنا رزق اپنے مملوکوں کو تاکہ ہوجائیں وہ بھی اس رزق میں برابر (کے حصّے دار)۔ تو کیا پھر اللہ کی نعمتوں کا انکار کرتے ہیں یہ۔
Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyاور خدا نے رزق (ودولت) میں بعض کو بعض پر فضیلت دی ہے تو جن لوگوں کو فضیلت دی ہے وہ اپنا رزق اپنے مملوکوں کو تو دے ڈالنے والے ہیں نہیں کہ سب اس میں برابر ہوجائیں۔ تو کیا یہ لوگ نعمت الہیٰ کے منکر ہیں
Mehmood Al Hassanاور اللہ نے بڑائی دی تم میں ایک کو ایک پر روزی میں سو جن کو بڑائی دی وہ نہیں پہنچا دیتے اپنی روزی ان کو جن کے مالک ان کے ہاتھ ہیں کہ وہ سب اس میں برابر ہو جائیں کیا اللہ کی نعمت کے منکر ہیں
Abul Ala Maududiاور دیکھو، اللہ نے تم میں سے بعض کو بعض پر رزق میں فضیلت عطا کی ہے پھر جن لوگوں کو یہ فضیلت دی گئی ہے وہ ایسے نہیں ہیں کہ اپنا رزق اپنے غلاموں کی طرف پھیر دیا کرتے ہوں تاکہ دونوں اس رزق میں برابر کے حصہ دار بن جائیں تو کیا اللہ ہی کا احسان ماننے سے اِن لوگوں کو انکار ہے؟

ShakirAnd Allah has made some of you excel others in the means of subsistence, so those who are made to excel do not give away their sustenance to those whom their right hands possess so that they should be equal therein; is it then the favor of Allah which they deny?
SarwarGod has made some of you richer than others. The rich ones do not have to give away their property to their slaves to make them equally rich. Do they reject the bounties of God?
H/K/SaheehAnd Allah has favored some of you over others in provision. But those who were favored would not hand over their provision to those whom their right hands possess so they would be equal to them therein. Then is it the favor of Allah they reject?
MalikAllah has made some of you excel in sustenance over the others; those who are so favored, do not give away their sustenance to their slaves so as to make them their equals. How can you think that Allah will allow other deities to be His equals? Would they refuse to acknowledge the favors of Allah?[71]
Maulana Ali**And Allah has made some of you excel others in the means of subsistence; so those who are made to excel give not away their sustenance to those whom their right hands possess, so that they may be equal therein. Will they then deny the favor of Allah?
Free MindsAnd God has preferred some of you over others in provision. Those who have been preferred will not relinquish their provision to those who are still dependant, so they may become equal in it. Are they denying the favour of God?
Qaribullah In your provisions Allah has preferred some of you above others. But, those who have been preferred do not give their provisions to those whom their right hand possess so that they might be equal therein. What, do they vainly disbelieve the favor of Allah?
George SaleGod causeth some of you to excel others in worldly possessions: Yet they who are caused to excel, do not give their wealth unto the slaves whom their right hands possess, that they may become equal sharers therein. Do they therefore deny the beneficence of God?

Khalifa**GOD has provided for some of you more than others. Those who are given plenty would never give their properties to their subordinates to the extent of making them partners. Would they give up GOD's blessings?
Hilali/Khan**And Allah has preferred some of you above others in wealth and properties. Then, those who are preferred will by no means hand over their wealth and properties to those (slaves) whom their right hands possess, so that they may be equal with them in respect thereof. Do they then deny the Favour of Allah?
QXP Shabbir Ahemd**And Allah has caused some of you to excel in earning livelihood over the others (43:32). And yet, they who are more abundantly provided are often unwilling to share their provision with those who work for them, lest all might be equal in this respect (70:24), (30:28). Will they continue to deny Allah's blessings in this manner? (16:53), (28:78), (39:49).
