| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [17:91] | Aw takoona laka jannatun min nakheelinwaAAinabin fatufajjira al-anhara khilalahatafjeeran |  أو تكون لك جنة من نخيل وعنب فتفجر الأنهار خلالها تفجيراأَوْ تَكُونَ لَكَ جَنَّةٌ مِّن نَّخِيلٍ وَعِنَبٍ فَتُفَجِّرَ الْأَنْهَارَ خِلاَلَهَا تَفْجِيرًا | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | یا آپ کے پاس کھجوروں اور انگوروں کا کوئی باغ ہو تو آپ اس کے اندر بہتی ہوئی نہریں جاری کردیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Or (until) thou have a garden of date trees and vines, and cause rivers to gush forth in their midst, carrying abundant water;

| 2. [17:92] | Aw tusqita alssamaa kamazaAAamta AAalayna kisafan aw ta/tiya biAllahiwaalmala-ikati qabeelan | أو تسقط السماء كما زعمت علينا كسفا أو تأتي بالله والملائكة قبيلا أَوْ تُسْقِطَ السَّمَاءَ كَمَا زَعَمْتَ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا أَوْ تَأْتِيَ بِاللّهِ وَالْمَلَآئِكَةِ قَبِيلاً | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | یا جیسا کہ آپ کا خیال ہے ہم پر (ابھی) آسمان کے چند ٹکڑے گرا دیں یا آپ اﷲ کو اور فرشتوں کو ہمارے سامنے لے آئیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Or thou cause the sky to fall in pieces, as thou sayest (will happen), against us; or thou bring Allah and the angels before (us) face to face:

[17:94] | Wama manaAAa alnnasa anyu/minoo ith jaahumu alhuda illa an qalooabaAAatha Allahu basharan rasoolan | وما منع الناس أن يؤمنوا إذ جاءهم الهدى إلا أن قالوا أبعث الله بشرا رسولا وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ أَن يُؤْمِنُواْ إِذْ جَاءَهُمُ الْهُدَى إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ أَبَعَثَ اللّهُ بَشَرًا رَّسُولاً | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور (ان) لوگوں کو ایمان لانے سے اور کوئی چیز مانع نہ ہوئی جبکہ ان کے پاس ہدایت (بھی) آچکی تھی سوائے اس کے کہ وہ کہنے لگے: کیا اﷲ نے (ایک) بشر کو رسول بنا کر بھیجا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | What kept men back from belief when Guidance came to them, was nothing but this: they said, "Has Allah sent a man (like us) to be (His) Messenger?"

[17:93] | Aw yakoona laka baytun min zukhrufin aw tarqafee alssama-i walan nu/mina liruqiyyika hattatunazzila AAalayna kitaban naqraohu qul subhanarabbee hal kuntu illa basharan rasoolan | أو يكون لك بيت من زخرف أو ترقى في السماء ولن نؤمن لرقيك حتى تنزل علينا كتابا نقرؤه قل سبحان ربي هل كنت إلا بشرا رسولا أَوْ يَكُونَ لَكَ بَيْتٌ مِّن زُخْرُفٍ أَوْ تَرْقَى فِي السَّمَاءِ وَلَن نُّؤْمِنَ لِرُقِيِّكَ حَتَّى تُنَزِّلَ عَلَيْنَا كِتَابًا نَّقْرَؤُهُ قُلْ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّي هَلْ كُنتُ إِلاَّ بَشَرًا رَّسُولاً | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | یا آپ کا کوئی سونے کا گھر ہو (جس میں آپ خوب عیش سے رہیں) یا آپ آسمان پر چڑھ جائیں، پھر بھی ہم آپ کے (آسمان میں) چڑھ جانے پر ہرگز ایمان نہیں لائیں گے یہاں تک کہ آپ (وہاں سے) ہمارے اوپر کوئی کتاب اتار لائیں جسے ہم (خود) پڑھ سکیں، فرما دیجئے: میرا رب (ان خرافات میں الجھنے سے) پاک ہے میں تو ایک انسان (اور) اﷲ کا بھیجا ہوا (رسول) ہوں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Or thou have a house adorned with gold, or thou mount a ladder right into the skies. No, we shall not even believe in thy mounting until thou send down to us a book that we could read." Say: "Glory to my Lord! Am I aught but a man,- a messenger?"

[17:95] | Qul law kana fee al-ardi mala-ikatunyamshoona mutma-inneena lanazzalna AAalayhim mina alssama-imalakan rasoolan | قل لو كان في الأرض ملائكة يمشون مطمئنين لنزلنا عليهم من السماء ملكا رسولا قُل لَّوْ كَانَ فِي الأَرْضِ مَلَآئِكَةٌ يَمْشُونَ مُطْمَئِنِّينَ لَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ مَلَكًا رَّسُولاً | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | فرما دیجئے: اگر زمین میں (انسانوں کی بجائے) فرشتے چلتے پھرتے سکونت پذیر ہوتے تو یقیناً ہم (بھی) ان پر آسمان سے کسی فرشتہ کو رسول بنا کر اتارتے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say, "If there were settled, on earth, angels walking about in peace and quiet, We should certainly have sent them down from the heavens an angel for a messenger."

| 6. [17:96] | Qul kafa biAllahishaheedan baynee wabaynakum innahu kana biAAibadihikhabeeran baseeran | قل كفى بالله شهيدا بيني وبينكم إنه كان بعباده خبيرا بصيرا قُلْ كَفَى بِاللّهِ شَهِيدًا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِ خَبِيرًا بَصِيرًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | فرما دیجئے: میرے اور تمہارے درمیان اﷲ ہی گواہ کے طور پر کافی ہے، بیشک وہ اپنے بندوں سے خوب آگاہ خوب دیکھنے والا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "Enough is Allah for a witness between me and you: for He is well acquainted with His servants, and He sees (all things).

[17:97] | Waman yahdi Allahu fahuwa almuhtadiwaman yudlil falan tajida lahum awliyaa min doonihiwanahshuruhum yawma alqiyamati AAalawujoohihim AAumyan wabukman wasumman ma/wahumjahannamu kullama khabat zidnahum saAAeeran | ومن يهد الله فهو المهتد ومن يضلل فلن تجد لهم أولياء من دونه ونحشرهم يوم القيامة على وجوههم عميا وبكما وصما مأواهم جهنم كلما خبت زدناهم سعيرا وَمَن يَهْدِ اللّهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدِ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِهِ وَنَحْشُرُهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ عُمْيًا وَبُكْمًا وَصُمًّا مَّأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ كُلَّمَا خَبَتْ زِدْنَاهُمْ سَعِيرًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور اﷲ جسے ہدایت فرما دے تو وہی ہدایت یافتہ ہے، اور جسے وہ گمراہ ٹھہرا دے تو آپ ان کے لئے اس کے سوا مددگار نہیں پائیں گے، اور ہم انہیں قیامت کے دن اوندھے منہ اٹھائیں گے اس حال میں کہ وہ اندھے، گونگے اور بہرے ہوں گے، ان کا ٹھکانا دوزخ ہے، جب بھی وہ بجھنے لگے گی ہم انہیں (عذاب دینے کے لئے) اور زیادہ بھڑکا دیں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | It is he whom Allah guides, that is on true Guidance; but he whom He leaves astray - for such wilt thou find no protector besides Him. On the Day of Judgment We shall gather, them together, prone on their faces, blind, dumb, and deaf: their abode will be Hell: every time it shows abatement, We shall increase from them the fierceness of the Fire.

| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يهد - Allah guides| الله - Allah guides| فهو - then he (is)| المهتد - the guided one;| ومن - and whoever| يضلل - He lets go astray -| فلن - then never| تجد - you will find| لهم - for them| أولياء - protectors| من - besides Him.| دونه - besides Him.| ونحشرهم - And We will gather them| يوم - (on) the Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection| على - on| وجوههم - their faces -| عميا - blind| وبكما - and dumb| وصما - and deaf.| مأواهم - Their abode| جهنم - (is) Hell;| كلما - every time| خبت - it subsides,| زدناهم - We (will) increase (for) them| سعيرا - the blazing fire.| | ||||||
| 8. [17:98] | Thalika jazaohum bi-annahumkafaroo bi-ayatina waqaloo a-ithakunna AAithaman warufatana-inna lamabAAoothoona khalqan jadeedan | ذلك جزاؤهم بأنهم كفروا بآياتنا وقالوا أإذا كنا عظاما ورفاتا أإنا لمبعوثون خلقا جديدا ذَلِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَقَالُواْ أَئِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا وَرُفَاتًا أَإِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدِيدًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | یہ ان لوگوں کی سزا ہے اس وجہ سے کہ انہوں نے ہماری آیتوں سے کفر کیا اور یہ کہتے رہے کہ کیا جب ہم (مَر کر بوسیدہ) ہڈیاں اور ریزہ ریزہ ہو جائیں گے تو کیا ہم اَز سرِ نو پیدا کر کے اٹھائے جائیں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | That is their recompense, because they rejected Our signs, and said, "When we are reduced to bones and broken dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new Creation?"

[17:100] | Qul law antum tamlikoona khaza-inarahmati rabbee ithan laamsaktum khashyata al-infaqiwakana al-insanu qatooran | قل لو أنتم تملكون خزائن رحمة ربي إذا لأمسكتم خشية الإنفاق وكان الإنسان قتورا قُل لَّوْ أَنتُمْ تَمْلِكُونَ خَزَآئِنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّي إِذًا لَّأَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْيَةَ الْإِنفَاقِ وَكَانَ الإنسَانُ قَتُورًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | فرما دیجئے: اگر تم میرے رب کی رحمت کے خزانوں کے مالک ہوتے تو تب بھی (سب) خرچ ہوجانے کے خوف سے تم (اپنے ہاتھ) روکے رکھتے، اور انسان بہت ہی تنگ دل اور بخیل واقع ہوا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "If ye had control of the Treasures of the Mercy of my Lord, behold, ye would keep them back, for fear of spending them: for man is (every) niggardly!"

[17:99] | Awa lam yaraw anna Allaha allatheekhalaqa alssamawati waal-ardaqadirun AAala an yakhluqa mithlahum wajaAAala lahumajalan la rayba feehi faaba alththalimoonailla kufooran | أولم يروا أن الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض قادر على أن يخلق مثلهم وجعل لهم أجلا لا ريب فيه فأبى الظالمون إلا كفورا أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ أَنَّ اللّهَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَهُمْ أَجَلاً لاَّ رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَأَبَى الظَّالِمُونَ إَلاَّ كُفُورًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | کیا انہوں نے نہیں دیکھا کہ جس اﷲ نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا فرمایا ہے (وہ) اس بات پر (بھی) قادر ہے کہ وہ ان لوگوں کی مثل (دوبارہ) پیدا فرما دے اور اس نے ان کے لئے ایک وقت مقرر فرما دیا ہے جس میں کوئی شک نہیں، پھر بھی ظالموں نے انکار کردیا ہے مگر (یہ) ناشکری ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | See they not that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, has power to create the like of them (anew)? Only He has decreed a term appointed, of which there is no doubt. But the unjust refuse (to receive it) except with ingratitude.

[17:102] | Qala laqad AAalimta ma anzalahaola-i illa rabbu alssamawatiwaal-ardi basa-ira wa-innee laathunnukaya firAAawnu mathbooran | قال لقد علمت ما أنزل هؤلاء إلا رب السماوات والأرض بصائر وإني لأظنك يا فرعون مثبورا قَالَ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا أَنزَلَ هَـؤُلاَءِ إِلاَّ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ بَصَآئِرَ وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّكَ يَا فِرْعَونُ مَثْبُورًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | موسٰی (علیہ السلام) نے فرمایا: تو (دل سے) جانتا ہے کہ ان نشانیوں کو کسی اور نے نہیں اتارا مگر آسمانوں اور زمین کے رب نے عبرت و بصیرت بنا کر، اور میں تو یہی خیال کرتا ہوں کہ اے فرعون! تم ہلاک زدہ ہو (تو جلدی ہلاک ہوا چاہتا ہے) | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Moses said, "Thou knowest well that these things have been sent down by none but the Lord of the heavens and the earth as eye-opening evidence: and I consider thee indeed, O Pharaoh, to be one doomed to destruction!"

[17:101] | Walaqad atayna moosatisAAa ayatin bayyinatin fais-albanee isra-eela ith jaahum faqalalahu firAAawnu innee laathunnuka ya moosamashooran | ولقد آتينا موسى تسع آيات بينات فاسأل بني إسرائيل إذ جاءهم فقال له فرعون إني لأظنك يا موسى مسحورا وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى تِسْعَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ فَاسْأَلْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِذْ جَاءَهُمْ فَقَالَ لَهُ فِرْعَونُ إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّكَ يَا مُوسَى مَسْحُورًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور بیشک ہم نے موسٰی (علیہ السلام) کو نو روشن نشانیاں دیں تو آپ بنی اسرائیل سے پوچھیئے جب (موسٰی علیہ السلام) ان کے پاس آئے تو فرعون نے ان سے کہا: میں تو یہی خیال کرتا ہوں کہ اے موسٰی! تم سحر زدہ ہو (تمہیں جادو کر دیا گیا ہے) | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | To Moses We did give Nine Clear Signs: As the Children of Israel: when he came to them, Pharaoh said to him: "O Moses! I consider thee, indeed, to have been worked upon by sorcery!

| 13. [17:103] | Faarada an yastafizzahum mina al-ardifaaghraqnahu waman maAAahu jameeAAan | فأراد أن يستفزهم من الأرض فأغرقناه ومن معه جميعا فَأَرَادَ أَن يَسْتَفِزَّهُم مِّنَ الْأَرْضِ فَأَغْرَقْنَاهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُ جَمِيعًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پھر (فرعون نے) ارادہ کیا کہ ان کو (یعنی موسٰی علیہ السلام اور ان کی قوم کو) سر زمینِ (مصر) سے اکھاڑ کر پھینک دے پس ہم نے اسے اور جو اس کے ساتھ تھے سب کو غرق کردیا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | So he resolved to remove them from the face of the earth: but We did drown him and all who were with him.

| Words | |فأراد - So he intended| أن - to| يستفزهم - drive them out| من - from| الأرض - the land,| فأغرقناه - but We drowned him| ومن - and who| معه - (were) with him| جميعا - all.| | ||||||

[17:104] | Waqulna min baAAdihi libanee isra-eelaoskunoo al-arda fa-itha jaa waAAdu al-akhiratiji/na bikum lafeefan | وقلنا من بعده لبني إسرائيل اسكنوا الأرض فإذا جاء وعد الآخرة جئنا بكم لفيفا وَقُلْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِ لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ اسْكُنُواْ الْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْآخِرَةِ جِئْنَا بِكُمْ لَفِيفًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور ہم نے اس کے بعد بنی اسرائیل سے فرمایا: تم اس ملک میں آباد ہو جاؤ پھر جب آخرت کا وعدہ آجائے گا (تو) ہم تم سب کو اکٹھا سمیٹ کر لے جائیں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And We said thereafter to the Children of Israel, "Dwell securely in the land (of promise)": but when the second of the warnings came to pass, We gathered you together in a mingled crowd.

| 15. [17:105] | Wabialhaqqi anzalnahuwabialhaqqi nazala wama arsalnaka illamubashshiran wanatheeran | وبالحق أنزلناه وبالحق نزل وما أرسلناك إلا مبشرا ونذيرا وَبِالْحَقِّ أَنزَلْنَاهُ وَبِالْحَقِّ نَزَلَ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلاَّ مُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور حق کے ساتھ ہی ہم نے اس (قرآن) کو اتارا ہے اور حق ہی کے ساتھ وہ اترا ہے، اور (اے حبیبِ مکرّم!) ہم نے آپ کو خوشخبری سنانے والا اور ڈر سنانے والا ہی بنا کر بھیجا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | We sent down the (Qur'an) in Truth, and in Truth has it descended: and We sent thee but to give Glad Tidings and to warn (sinners).

| 16. [17:106] | Waqur-anan faraqnahulitaqraahu AAala alnnasi AAalamukthin wanazzalnahu tanzeelan | وقرآنا فرقناه لتقرأه على الناس على مكث ونزلناه تنزيلا وَقُرْآناً فَرَقْنَاهُ لِتَقْرَأَهُ عَلَى النَّاسِ عَلَى مُكْثٍ وَنَزَّلْنَاهُ تَنْزِيلاً | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور قرآن کو ہم نے جدا جدا کر کے اتارا تاکہ آپ اسے لوگوں پر ٹھہر ٹھہر کر پڑھیں اور ہم نے اسے رفتہ رفتہ (حالات اور مصالح کے مطابق) تدریجاً اتارا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | (It is) a Qur'an which We have divided (into parts from time to time), in order that thou mightest recite it to men at intervals: We have revealed it by stages.

[17:107] | Qul aminoo bihi aw latu/minoo inna allatheena ootoo alAAilma min qablihi ithayutla AAalayhim yakhirroona lil-athqanisujjadan | قل آمنوا به أو لا تؤمنوا إن الذين أوتوا العلم من قبله إذا يتلى عليهم يخرون للأذقان سجدا قُلْ آمِنُواْ بِهِ أَوْ لاَ تُؤْمِنُواْ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهِ إِذَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ يَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ سُجَّدًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | فرما دیجئے: تم اس پر ایمان لاؤ یا ایمان نہ لاؤ، بیشک جن لوگوں کو اس سے قبل علمِ (کتاب) عطا کیا گیا تھا جب یہ (قرآن) انہیں پڑھ کر سنایا جاتا ہے وہ ٹھوڑیوں کے بل سجدہ میں گر پڑتے ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "Whether ye believe in it or not, it is true that those who were given knowledge beforehand, when it is recited to them, fall down on their faces in humble prostration,

| 18. [17:108] | Wayaqooloona subhana rabbinain kana waAAdu rabbina lamafAAoolan | ويقولون سبحان ربنا إن كان وعد ربنا لمفعولا وَيَقُولُونَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا إِن كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولاً | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور کہتے ہیں: ہمارا رب پاک ہے، بیشک ہمارے رب کا وعدہ پورا ہو کر ہی رہنا تھا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "And they say: 'Glory to our Lord! Truly has the promise of our Lord been fulfilled!'"

| 19. [17:109] | Wayakhirroona lil-athqaniyabkoona wayazeeduhum khushooAAan | ويخرون للأذقان يبكون ويزيدهم خشوعا وَيَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ يَبْكُونَ وَيَزِيدُهُمْ خُشُوعًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور ٹھوڑیوں کے بل گریہ و زاری کرتے ہوئے گر جاتے ہیں، اور یہ (قرآن) ان کے خشوع و خضوع میں مزید اضافہ کرتا چلا جاتا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They fall down on their faces in tears, and it increases their (earnest) humility.

[17:110] | Quli odAAoo Allaha awi odAAoo alrrahmanaayyan ma tadAAoo falahu al-asmao alhusnawala tajhar bisalatika wala tukhafitbiha waibtaghi bayna thalika sabeelan | قل ادعوا الله أو ادعوا الرحمن أيا ما تدعوا فله الأسماء الحسنى ولا تجهر بصلاتك ولا تخافت بها وابتغ بين ذلك سبيلا قُلِ ادْعُواْ اللّهَ أَوِ ادْعُواْ الرَّحْمَـنَ أَيًّا مَّا تَدْعُواْ فَلَهُ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى وَلاَ تَجْهَرْ بِصَلاَتِكَ وَلاَ تُخَافِتْ بِهَا وَابْتَغِ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ سَبِيلاً | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | فرما دیجئے کہ اﷲ کو پکارو یا رحمان کو پکارو، جس نام سے بھی پکارتے ہو (سب) اچھے نام اسی کے ہیں، اور نہ اپنی نماز (میں قرات) بلند آواز سے کریں اور نہ بالکل آہستہ پڑھیں اور دونوں کے درمیان (معتدل) راستہ اختیار فرمائیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "Call upon Allah, or call upon Rahman: by whatever name ye call upon Him, (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names. Neither speak thy Prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between."

[17:111] | Waquli alhamdu lillahi allatheelam yattakhith waladan walam yakun lahu shareekun feealmulki walam yakun lahu waliyyun mina alththulliwakabbirhu takbeeran | وقل الحمد لله الذي لم يتخذ ولدا ولم يكن له شريك في الملك ولم يكن له ولي من الذل وكبره تكبيرا وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَم يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلَّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور فرمائیے کہ سب تعریفیں اﷲ ہی کے لئے ہیں جس نے نہ تو (اپنے لئے) کوئی بیٹا بنایا اور نہ ہی (اس کی) سلطنت و فرمانروائی میں کوئی شریک ہے اور نہ کمزوری کے باعث اس کا کوئی مددگار ہے (اے حبیب!) آپ اسی کو بزرگ تر جان کر اس کی خوب بڑائی (بیان) کرتے رہئے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "Praise be to Allah, who begets no son, and has no partner in (His) dominion: Nor (needs) He any to protect Him from humiliation: yea, magnify Him for His greatness and glory!"
