بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Laysa AAalaykum junahun an tabtaghoofadlan min rabbikum fa-itha afadtum minAAarafatin faothkuroo Allaha AAindaalmashAAari alharami waothkuroohu kamahadakum wa-in kuntum min qablihi lamina alddalleena ليس عليكم جناح أن تبتغوا فضلا من ربكم فإذا أفضتم من عرفات فاذكروا الله عند المشعر الحرام واذكروه كما هداكم وإن كنتم من قبله لمن الضالين
لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَبْتَغُواْ فَضْلاً مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَإِذَا أَفَضْتُم مِّنْ عَرَفَاتٍ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ عِندَ الْمَشْعَرِ الْحَرَامِ وَاذْكُرُوهُ كَمَا هَدَاكُمْ وَإِن كُنتُم مِّن قَبْلِهِ لَمِنَ الضَّآلِّينَ

  اور تم پر اس بات میں کوئی گناہ نہیں اگر تم (زمانۂ حج میں تجارت کے ذریعے) اپنے رب کا فضل (بھی) تلاش کرو، پھر جب تم عرفات سے واپس آؤ تو مشعرِ حرام (مُزدلفہ) کے پاس اﷲ کا ذکر کیا کرو اور اس کا ذکر اس طرح کرو جیسے اس نے تمہیں ہدایت فرمائی، اور بیشک اس سے پہلے تم بھٹکے ہوئے تھے

Yousuf AliIt is no crime in you if ye seek of the bounty of your Lord (during pilgrimage). Then when ye pour down from (Mount) Arafat, celebrate the praises of Allah at the Sacred Monument, and celebrate His praises as He has directed you, even though, before this, ye went astray.

Ahmed Aliتم پر کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے کہ اپنے رب کا فضل تلاش کرو پھر جب تم عرفات سے پھرو تو مشعر الحرام کے پاس الله کو یاد کرو اور اس کی یاد اس طرح کرو کہ جس طرح اس نے تمیں بتائی ہے اور اس سے پہلے تو تم گمراہوں میں سے تھے

Shabbir Ahmed نہیں ہے تم پر کوئی گناہ اس میں کہ تلاش کرو تم (حج کے دوران) رزقِ حلال اپنے رب کے ہاں سے۔ پھر جب (واپس) چلو تم عرفات سے تو ذکر کرو اللہ کا مشعرِ حرام (مُزدلفہ) میں ٹھہرکر۔ اور ذکر کرو اللہ کا اسی طریقے سے جس کی ہدایت کی ہے اللہ نے تم کو اور اگرچہ تھے تم اس سے پہلے گمراہوں میں سے۔
Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyاس کا تمہیں کچھ گناہ نہیں کہ (حج کے دنوں میں بذریعہ تجارت) اپنے پروردگار سے روزی طلب کرو اور جب عرفات سے واپس ہونے لگو تو مشعر حرام (یعنی مزدلفے) میں خدا کا ذکر کرو اور اس طرح ذکر کرو جس طرح اس نے تم کو سکھایا۔ اور اس سے پیشتر تم لوگ (ان طریقوں سے) محض ناواقف تھے

Abul Ala Maududiاور اگر حج کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنے رب کا فضل بھی تلاش کرتے جاؤ، تو اس میں کوئی مضائقہ نہں پھر جب عرفات سے چلو، تو مشعر حرام (مزدلفہ) کے پاس ٹھیر کر اللہ کو یاد کرو اور اُس طرح یاد کرو، جس کی ہدایت اس نے تمہیں دی ہے، ورنہ اس سے پہلے تم لوگ بھٹکے ہوئے تھے

LiteralNo offense/guilt/sin (is) on you that you desire grace/favour from your Lord, so if you flowed/spread from Arafat (a mountain), so mention/remember God at the Forbidden/Sacred Place of Worship , and mention/remember Him as He guided you, and that truly you were from before Him from (E) the misguided.

Hilali/Khan**There is no sin on you if you seek the Bounty of your Lord (during pilgrimage by trading, etc.). Then when you leave Arafat, remember Allah (by glorifying His Praises, i.e. prayers and invocations, etc.) at the Mashar-il-Haram. And remember Him (by invoking Allah for all good, etc.) as He has guided you, and verily, you were, before, of those who were astray.
QXP Shabbir Ahemd**Allah is fully Cognizant of your economic needs. And the Pilgrimage is not a gathering of people who have renounced the world. Therefore, there is nothing wrong in seeking Allah's bounty by conducting business. Returning from the field of Arafat, remember Allah at the sacred relic of Muzdalifa. Remember Him as He has guided you, before you were of the straying.
