Allatheena in makkannahum feeal-ardi aqamoo alssalata waatawooalzzakata waamaroo bialmaAAroofi wanahawAAani almunkari walillahi AAaqibatu al-omoori الذين إن مكناهم في الأرض أقاموا الصلاة وآتوا الزكاة وأمروا بالمعروف ونهوا عن المنكر ولله عاقبة الأمور
الَّذِينَ إِن مَّكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ
Tahir ul Qadri

  (یہ اہلِ حق) وہ لوگ ہیں کہ اگر ہم انہیں زمین میں اقتدار دے دیں (تو) وہ نماز (کا نظام) قائم کریں اور زکوٰۃ کی ادائیگی (کا انتظام) کریں اور (پورے معاشرے میں نیکی اور) بھلائی کا حکم کریں اور (لوگوں کو) برائی سے روک دیں، اور سب کاموں کا انجام اﷲ ہی کے اختیار میں ہے

Yousuf Ali(They are) those who, if We establish them in the land, establish regular prayer and give regular charity, enjoin the right and forbid wrong: with Allah rests the end (and decision) of (all) affairs.

Ahmed Aliوہ لوگ اگر ہم انہیں دنیا میں حکومت دے دیں تو نماز کی پابندی کریں اور زکوٰة دیں اور نیک کام کا حکم کریں اور برے کاموں سے روکیں اور ہر کام کا انجام تو الله کے ہی ہاتھ میں ہے
Ahmed Raza Khanوہ لوگ کہ اگر ہم انہیں زمین میں قابو دیں تو نماز برپا رکھیں اور زکوٰة اور بھلائی کا حکم کریں اور برائی سے روکیں اور اللہ ہی کے لیے سب کاموں کا انجام،
Shabbir Ahmed یہ وہ لوگ ہیں کہ اگر اقتدار بخشیں ہم اُنہیں زمین میں تو قائم کرتے ہیں نماز اور دیتے ہیں زکوٰۃ اور حکم کرتے ہیں نیکی کا اور منع کرتے ہیں بُرائی سے۔ اور اللہ ہی کے ہاتھ میں ہے انجام سب کاموں کا۔
Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyیہ وہ لوگ ہیں کہ اگر ہم ان کو ملک میں دسترس دیں تو نماز پڑھیں اور زکوٰة ادا کریں اور نیک کام کرنے کا حکم دیں اور برے کاموں سے منع کریں اور سب کاموں کا انجام خدا ہی کے اختیار میں ہے
Mehmood Al Hassanوہ لوگ کہ اگر ہم اُنکو قدرت دیں ملک میں تو وہ قائم رکھیں نماز اور دیں زکوٰۃ اور حکم کر دیں بھلے کام کا اور منع کریں برائی سے اور اللہ کے اختیار میں ہے آخر ہر کام کا
Abul Ala Maududiیہ وہ لوگ ہیں جنہیں اگر ہم زمین میں اقتدار بخشیں تو وہ نماز قائم کریں گے، زکوٰۃ دیں گے، معروف کا حکم دیں گے اور منکر سے منع کریں گے اور تمام معاملات کا انجام کار اللہ کے ہاتھ میں ہے

LiteralThose who if We highly positioned/strengthened them in the land/Earth , they stood/kept up the prayers, and gave/brought the charity/purification , and they ordered/commanded with the kindness/known , and they forbid/prevented from the defiance of God and His orders/obscenity , and to God (are) the matters'/affairs' end/turn (result).

H/K/Saheeh[And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters.

Hilali/Khan**Those (Muslim rulers) who, if We give them power in the land, (they) order for Iqamat-as-Salat. (i.e. to perform the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) (the males in mosques)), to pay the Zakat and they enjoin Al-Maroof (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism and all that Islam has forbidden) (i.e. they make the Quran as the law of their country in all the spheres of life). And with Allah rests the end of (all) matters (of creatures).
QXP Shabbir Ahemd**Those who, if We give them power in the land, establish Salat - the Divine System - set up the Just Economic Order of Zakat (in which wealth circulates freely to nourish every member of the society, and the basic needs of all individuals are taken care of). Their rule ensures that the Divine Moral Values are promoted, and what the Qur'an forbids, is discouraged. And in their governance all affairs are decided according to Allah's decrees (in the Qur'an (5:44)).
