Afaman yattaqee biwajhihi soo-a alAAathabiyawma alqiyamati waqeela lilththalimeenathooqoo ma kuntum taksiboona أفمن يتقي بوجهه سوء العذاب يوم القيامة وقيل للظالمين ذوقوا ما كنتم تكسبون
أَفَمَن يَتَّقِي بِوَجْهِهِ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ ذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ

  بھلا وہ شخص جو قیامت کے دن (آگ کے) برے عذاب کو اپنے چہرے سے روک رہا ہوگا (کیونکہ اس کے دونوں ہاتھ بندھے ہونگے، اس کا کیا حال ہوگا؟) اور ایسے ظالموں سے کہا جائے گا: اُن بداعمالیوں کا مزہ چکھو جو تم انجام دیا کرتے تھے

Yousuf AliIs, then, one who has to fear the brunt of the Penalty on the Day of Judgment (and receive it) on his face, (like one guarded therefrom)? It will be said to the wrong-doers: "Taste ye (the fruits of) what ye earned!"

Khalifa**What is better than saving one's face from the terrible retribution on the Day of Resurrection? The transgressors will be told, "Taste the consequences of what you earned."
Hilali/Khan**Is he then, who will confront with his face the awful torment on the Day of Resurrection (as he who enters peacefully in Paradise)? And it will be said to the Zalimoon (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.): "Taste what you used to earn!"
