| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [46:30] | Qaloo ya qawmana innasamiAAna kitaban onzila min baAAdi moosa musaddiqanlima bayna yadayhi yahdee ila alhaqqi wa-ilatareeqin mustaqeemin |  قالوا يا قومنا إنا سمعنا كتابا أنزل من بعد موسى مصدقا لما بين يديه يهدي إلى الحق وإلى طريق مستقيمقَالُوا يَا قَوْمَنَا إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا كِتَابًا أُنزِلَ مِن بَعْدِ مُوسَى مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ يَهْدِي إِلَى الْحَقِّ وَإِلَى طَرِيقٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | انہوں نے کہا: اے ہماری قوم (یعنی اے قومِ جنّات)! بیشک ہم نے ایک (ایسی) کتاب سنی ہے جو موسٰی (علیہ السلام کی تورات) کے بعد اتاری گئی ہے (جو) اپنے سے پہلے (کی کتابوں) کی تصدیق کرنے والی ہے (وہ) سچّے (دین) اور سیدھے راستے کی طرف ہدایت کرتی ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They said, "O our people! We have heard a Book revealed after Moses, confirming what came before it: it guides (men) to the Truth and to a Straight Path.

[46:32] | Waman la yujib daAAiya Allahifalaysa bimuAAjizin fee al-ardi walaysa lahu min doonihiawliyaa ola-ika fee dalalin mubeenin | ومن لا يجب داعي الله فليس بمعجز في الأرض وليس له من دونه أولياء أولئك في ضلال مبين وَمَن لَّا يُجِبْ دَاعِيَ اللَّهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمُعْجِزٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِن دُونِهِ أَولِيَاءَ أُوْلَئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جو شخص اﷲ کی طرف بلانے والے (رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بات قبول نہیں کرے گا تو وہ زمین میں (بھاگ کر اﷲ کو) عاجز نہیں کر سکے گا اور نہ ہی اس کے لئے اﷲ کے سوا کوئی مددگار ہوں گے۔ یہی لوگ کھلی گمراہی میں ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "If any does not hearken to the one who invites (us) to Allah, he cannot frustrate (Allah's Plan) on earth, and no protectors can he have besides Allah: such men (wander) in manifest error."

[46:33] | Awa lam yaraw anna Allaha allatheekhalaqa alssamawati waal-ardawalam yaAAya bikhalqihinna biqadirin AAala an yuhyiyaalmawta bala innahu AAala kulli shay-inqadeerun | أولم يروا أن الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض ولم يعي بخلقهن بقادر على أن يحيي الموتى بلى إنه على كل شيء قدير أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَلَمْ يَعْيَ بِخَلْقِهِنَّ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَى أَنْ يُحْيِيَ الْمَوْتَى بَلَى إِنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | کیا وہ نہیں جانتے کہ اﷲ جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا فرمایا اور وہ ان کے پیدا کرنے سے تھکا نہیں اس بات پر (بھی) قادر ہے کہ وہ مُردوں کو (دوبارہ) زندہ فرما دے۔ کیوں نہیں! بیشک وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | See they not that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and never wearied with their creation, is able to give life to the dead? Yea, verily He has power over all things.

[46:34] | Wayawma yuAAradu allatheenakafaroo AAala alnnari alaysa hatha bialhaqqiqaloo bala warabbina qala fathooqooalAAathaba bima kuntum takfuroona | ويوم يعرض الذين كفروا على النار أليس هذا بالحق قالوا بلى وربنا قال فذوقوا العذاب بما كنتم تكفرون وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ أَلَيْسَ هَذَا بِالْحَقِّ قَالُوا بَلَى وَرَبِّنَا قَالَ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جس دن وہ لوگ جنہوں نے کفر کیا آتشِ دوزخ کے سامنے پیش کئے جائیں گے (تو ان سے کہا جائے گا:) کیا یہ (عذاب) برحق نہیں ہے؟ وہ کہیں گے: کیوں نہیں! ہمارے رب کی قسم (برحق ہے)، ارشاد ہوگا: پھر عذاب کا مزہ چکھو جس کا تم انکار کیا کرتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And on the Day that the Unbelievers will be placed before the Fire, (they will be asked,) "Is this not the Truth?" they will say, "Yea, by our Lord!" (One will say:) "Then taste ye the Penalty, for that ye were wont to deny (Truth)!"

[46:35] | Faisbir kama sabaraoloo alAAazmi mina alrrusuli wala tastaAAjil lahumkaannahum yawma yarawna ma yooAAadoona lam yalbathoo illasaAAatan min naharin balaghun fahal yuhlakuilla alqawmu alfasiqoona | فاصبر كما صبر أولو العزم من الرسل ولا تستعجل لهم كأنهم يوم يرون ما يوعدون لم يلبثوا إلا ساعة من نهار بلاغ فهل يهلك إلا القوم الفاسقون فَاصْبِرْ كَمَا صَبَرَ أُوْلُوا الْعَزْمِ مِنَ الرُّسُلِ وَلَا تَسْتَعْجِل لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ مَا يُوعَدُونَ لَمْ يَلْبَثُوا إِلَّا سَاعَةً مِّن نَّهَارٍ بَلَاغٌ فَهَلْ يُهْلَكُ إِلَّا الْقَوْمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | (اے حبیب!) پس آپ صبر کئے جائیں جس طرح (دوسرے) عالی ہمّت پیغمبروں نے صبر کیا تھا اور آپ ان (منکروں) کے لئے (طلبِ عذاب میں) جلدی نہ فرمائیں، جس دن وہ اس (عذابِ آخرت) کو دیکھیں گے جس کا ان سے وعدہ کیا جا رہا ہے تو (خیال کریں گے) گویا وہ (دنیا میں) دن کی ایک گھڑی کے سوا ٹھہرے ہی نہیں تھے، (یہ اﷲ کی طرف سے) پیغام کا پہنچایا جانا ہے، نافرمان قوم کے سوا دیگر لوگ ہلاک نہیں کئے جائیں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Therefore patiently persevere, as did (all) messengers of inflexible purpose; and be in no haste about the (Unbelievers). On the Day that they see the (Punishment) promised them, (it will be) as if they had not tarried more than an hour in a single day. (Thine but) to proclaim the Message: but shall any be destroyed except those who transgress?
