Wanabbi/hum anna almaa qismatunbaynahum kullu shirbin muhtadarun

ونبئهم أن الماء قسمة بينهم كل شرب محتضر
وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ الْمَاءَ قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ

Tahir ul Qadri

انہیں اس بات سے آگاہ کر دیں کہ اُن کے (اور اونٹنی کے) درمیان پانی تقسیم کر دیا گیا ہے، ہر ایک (کو) پانی کا حصّہ اس کی باری پر حاضر کیا جائے گا

And tell them that the water is to be divided between them: Each one's right to drink being brought forward (by suitable turns).
