Waalbaladu alttayyibuyakhruju nabatuhu bi-ithni rabbihi waallatheekhabutha la yakhruju illa nakidan kathalikanusarrifu al-ayati liqawmin yashkuroona والبلد الطيب يخرج نباته بإذن ربه والذي خبث لا يخرج إلا نكدا كذلك نصرف الآيات لقوم يشكرون
وَالْبَلَدُ الطَّيِّبُ يَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ وَالَّذِي خَبُثَ لاَ يَخْرُجُ إِلاَّ نَكِدًا كَذَلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَشْكُرُونَ

  اور جو اچھی (یعنی زرخیز) زمین ہے اس کا سبزہ اﷲ کے حکم سے (خوب) نکلتا ہے اور جو (زمین) خراب ہے (اس سے) تھوڑی سی بے فائدہ چیز کے سوا کچھ نہیں نکلتا۔ اسی طرح ہم (اپنی) آیتیں (یعنی دلائل اور نشانیاں) ان لوگوں کے لئے بار بار بیان کرتے ہیں جو شکرگزار ہیں

Yousuf AliFrom the land that is clean and good, by the will of its Cherisher, springs up produce, (rich) after its kind: but from the land that is bad, springs up nothing but that which is niggardly: thus do we explain the signs by various (symbols) to those who are grateful.

Ahmed Aliاور جو شہر پاکیزہ ہے اس کا سبزہ اس کے رب کے حکم سے نکلتا ہے اور جو اس میں خراب ہے جو کچھ اس میں سے نکلتا ہے ناقص ہی ہوتا ہے اسی طرح ہم شکر گزاروں کے لیے مختلف طریقوں سے آیتیں بیان کرتے ہیں
Ahmed Raza Khanاور جو اچھی زمین ہے اس کا سبزہ اللہ کے حکم سے نکلتا ہے اور جو خراب ہے اس میں نہیں نکلتا مگر تھوڑا بمشکل ہم یونہی طرح طرح سے آیتیں بیان کرتے ہیں ان کے لیے جو احسان مانیں،
Shabbir Ahmed اور اچھی زمین سے، اگتے ہیں اس کے پھل پُھول اس کے رب کے حکم سے اور جو زمین خراب ہوتی ہے، نہیں نکلتا (اس میں سے) سوائے ناقص پیداوار کے۔ اس طرح بار بار پیش کرتے ہیں ہم اپنی نشانیاں ان لوگوں کے لیے جو شکر گزار بننا چاہیں۔
Fateh Muhammad Jalandharyجو زمین پاکیزہ (ہے) اس میں سے سبزہ بھی پروردگار کے حکم سے (نفیس ہی) نکلتا ہے اور جو خراب ہے اس میں جو کچھ ہے ناقص ہوتا ہے۔ اسی طرح ہم آیتوں کو شکرگزار لوگوں کے لئے پھیر پھیر کر بیان کرتے ہیں
Mehmood Al Hassanاور جو شہر پاکیزہ ہے اس کا سبزہ نکلتا ہے اس کے رب کے حکم سے اور جو خراب ہے اس میں نہیں نکلتا مگر ناقص یوں پھیر پھیر کر بتلاتے ہیں ہم آیتیں حق ماننے والے لوگوں کو
Abul Ala Maududiجو زمین اچھی ہوتی ہے وہ اپنے رب کے حکم سے خوب پھل پھول لاتی ہے اور جو زمین خراب ہوتی ہے ا س سے ناقص پیداوار کے سوا کچھ نہیں نکلتا اس طرح ہم نشانیوں کو بار بار پیش کرتے ہیں اُن لوگوں کے لیے جو شکر گزار ہونے والے ہیں

PickthalAs for the good land, its vegetation cometh forth by permission of its Lord; while as for that which is bad, only the useless cometh forth (from it). Thus do We recount the tokens for people who give thanks.
Arberry And the good land -- its vegetation comes forth by the leave of its Lord, and the corrupt -- it comes forth but scantily. Even so We turn about the signs for a people that are thankful.
ShakirAnd as for the good land, its vegetation springs forth (abundantly) by the permission of its Lord, and (as for) that which is inferior (its herbage) comes forth but scantily; thus do We repeat the communications for a people who give thanks.
SarwarA good land produces plants, by the permission of its Lord, but a wicked land produces only miserable, bitter plants. Thus do We show a variety of evidence for those who give thanks.

MalikThe good soil yields rich produce by the permission of Allah and barren soil yields nothing but poor produce. Thus do We explain Our revelations over and over again for those who pay thanks.[58]

Hilali/Khan**The vegetation of a good land comes forth (easily) by the Permission of its Lord, and that which is bad, brings forth nothing but a little with difficulty. Thus do We explain variously the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) for a people who give thanks.
QXP Shabbir Ahemd**The land that has been well prepared springs up rich produce by the Leave of its Lord. The land that has not been well prepared only yields scant vegetation. (Similar is the situation of nations that wish to come back to life. They need reform at the grassroots level). This is how We explain Our verses from various vantage points for those who are grateful to receive such clear Guidance.
