| 1. [75:25] | Tathunnu an yufAAala bihafaqiratun |  تظن أن يفعل بها فاقرةتَظُنُّ أَن يُفْعَلَ بِهَا فَاقِرَةٌ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | (کافور جنت کا) ایک چشمہ ہے جس سے (خاص) بندگانِ خدا (یعنی اَولیاء اللہ) پیا کریں گے (اور) جہاں چاہیں گے (دوسروں کو پلانے کے لئے) اسے چھوٹی چھوٹی نہروں کی شکل میں بہا کر (بھی) لے جائیں گے | ||||||

[46:20] | Wayawma yuAAradu allatheenakafaroo AAala alnnari athhabtum tayyibatikumfee hayatikumu alddunya waistamtaAAtumbiha faalyawma tujzawna AAathaba alhooni bimakuntum tastakbiroona fee al-ardi bighayri alhaqqiwabima kuntum tafsuqoona | ويوم يعرض الذين كفروا على النار أذهبتم طيباتكم في حياتكم الدنيا واستمتعتم بها فاليوم تجزون عذاب الهون بما كنتم تستكبرون في الأرض بغير الحق وبما كنتم تفسقون وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا عَلَى النَّارِ أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَاتِكُمْ فِي حَيَاتِكُمُ الدُّنْيَا وَاسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهَا فَالْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَفْسُقُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جس دن کافر لوگ آتشِ دوزخ کے سامنے پیش کئے جائیں گے (تو ان سے کہا جائے گا:) تم اپنی لذیذ و مرغوب چیزیں اپنی دنیوی زندگی میں ہی حاصل کر چکے اور ان سے (خوب) نفع اندوز بھی ہو چکے۔ پس آج کے دن تمہیں ذلت کے عذاب کی سزا دی جائے گی اس وجہ سے کہ تم زمین میں ناحق تکبر کیا کرتے تھے اور اس وجہ سے (بھی) کہ تم نافرمانی کیا کرتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And on the Day that the Unbelievers will be placed before the Fire, (It will be said to them): "Ye received your good things in the life of the world, and ye took your pleasure out of them: but today shall ye be recompensed with a Penalty of humiliation: for that ye were arrogant on earth without just cause, and that ye (ever) transgressed."

[48:26] | Ith jaAAala allatheena kafaroofee quloobihimu alhamiyyata hamiyyata aljahiliyyatifaanzala Allahu sakeenatahu AAala rasoolihi waAAalaalmu/mineena waalzamahum kalimata alttaqwa wakanooahaqqa biha waahlaha wakana Allahubikulli shay-in AAaleeman | إذ جعل الذين كفروا في قلوبهم الحمية حمية الجاهلية فأنزل الله سكينته على رسوله وعلى المؤمنين وألزمهم كلمة التقوى وكانوا أحق بها وأهلها وكان الله بكل شيء عليما إِذْ جَعَلَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الْحَمِيَّةَ حَمِيَّةَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَأَنزَلَ اللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَعَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَأَلْزَمَهُمْ كَلِمَةَ التَّقْوَى وَكَانُوا أَحَقَّ بِهَا وَأَهْلَهَا وَكَانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | جب کافر لوگوں نے اپنے دلوں میں متکبّرانہ ہٹ دھرمی رکھ لی (جو کہ) جاہلیت کی ضِد اور غیرت (تھی) تو اﷲ نے اپنے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور مومنوں پر اپنی خاص تسکین نازل فرمائی اور انہیں کلمہء تقوٰی پر مستحکم فرما دیا اور وہ اسی کے زیادہ مستحق تھے اور اس کے اہل (بھی) تھے، اور اﷲ ہر چیز کو خوب جاننے والا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | While the Unbelievers got up in their hearts heat and cant - the heat and cant of ignorance,- Allah sent down His Tranquillity to his Messenger and to the Believers, and made them stick close to the command of self-restraint; and well were they entitled to it and worthy of it. And Allah has full knowledge of all things.

[53:23] | In hiya illa asmaonsammaytumooha antum waabaokum maanzala Allahu biha min sultanin inyattabiAAoona illa alththanna wamatahwa al-anfusu walaqad jaahum min rabbihimu alhuda | إن هي إلا أسماء سميتموها أنتم وآباؤكم ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان إن يتبعون إلا الظن وما تهوى الأنفس ولقد جاءهم من ربهم الهدى إِنْ هِيَ إِلَّا أَسْمَاءٌ سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا أَنتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُم مَّا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَانٍ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهْوَى الْأَنفُسُ وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُم مِّن رَّبِّهِمُ الْهُدَى | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | مگر (حقیقت یہ ہے کہ) وہ (بت) محض نام ہی نام ہیں جو تم نے اور تمہارے باپ دادا نے رکھ لئے ہیں۔ اﷲ نے ان کی نسبت کوئی دلیل نہیں اتاری، وہ لوگ محض وہم و گمان کی اور نفسانی خواہشات کی پیروی کر رہے ہیں حالانکہ اُن کے پاس اُن کے رب کی طرف سے ہدایت آچکی ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | These are nothing but names which ye have devised,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatever). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire!- Even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord!
