| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [28:50] | Fa-in lam yastajeeboo laka faiAAlamannama yattabiAAoona ahwaahum waman adallumimmani ittabaAAa hawahu bighayri hudan mina Allahiinna Allaha la yahdee alqawma alththalimeena |  فإن لم يستجيبوا لك فاعلم أنما يتبعون أهواءهم ومن أضل ممن اتبع هواه بغير هدى من الله إن الله لا يهدي القوم الظالمينفَإِن لَّمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكَ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يَتَّبِعُونَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنِ اتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى مِّنَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | پھر اگر وہ آپ کا ارشاد قبول نہ کریں تو آپ جان لیں (کہ ان کے لئے کوئی حجت باقی نہیں رہی) وہ محض اپنی خواہشات کی پیروی کرتے ہیں، اور اس شخص سے زیادہ گمراہ کون ہوسکتا ہے جو اللہ کی جانب سے ہدایت کو چھوڑ کر اپنی خواہش کی پیروی کرے۔ بیشک اللہ ظالم قوم کو ہدایت نہیں فرماتا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | But if they hearken not to thee, know that they only follow their own lusts: and who is more astray than one who follow his own lusts, devoid of guidance from Allah? for Allah guides not people given to wrong-doing.

[31:20] | Alam taraw anna Allaha sakhkharalakum ma fee alssamawati wamafee al-ardi waasbagha AAalaykum niAAamahu thahiratanwabatinatan wamina alnnasi man yujadilufee Allahi bighayri AAilmin wala hudan walakitabin muneerin | ألم تروا أن الله سخر لكم ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وأسبغ عليكم نعمه ظاهرة وباطنة ومن الناس من يجادل في الله بغير علم ولا هدى ولا كتاب منير أَلَمْ تَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَأَسْبَغَ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعَمَهُ ظَاهِرَةً وَبَاطِنَةً وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يُجَادِلُ فِي اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَلَا هُدًى وَلَا كِتَابٍ مُّنِيرٍ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | (لوگو!) کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ اﷲ نے تمہارے لئے ان تمام چیزوں کو مسخّر فرما دیا ہے جو آسمانوں میں ہیں اور جو زمین میں ہیں، اور اس نے اپنی ظاہری اور باطنی نعمتیں تم پر پوری کر دی ہیں۔ اور لوگوں میں کچھ ایسے (بھی) ہیں جو اﷲ کے بارے میں جھگڑا کرتے ہیں بغیر علم کے اور بغیر ہدایت کے اور بغیر روشن کتاب (کی دلیل) کے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Do ye not see that Allah has subjected to your (use) all things in the heavens and on earth, and has made his bounties flow to you in exceeding measure, (both) seen and unseen? Yet there are among men those who dispute about Allah, without knowledge and without guidance, and without a Book to enlighten them!

[34:24] | Qul man yarzuqukum mina alssamawatiwaal-ardi quli Allahu wa-inna aw iyyakumlaAAala hudan aw fee dalalin mubeenin | قل من يرزقكم من السماوات والأرض قل الله وإنا أو إياكم لعلى هدى أو في ضلال مبين قُلْ مَن يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ قُلِ اللَّهُ وَإِنَّا أَوْ إِيَّاكُمْ لَعَلَى هُدًى أَوْ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | آپ فرمائیے: تمہیں آسمانوں اور زمین سے روزی کون دیتا ہے، آپ (خود ہی) فرما دیجئے کہ اللہ (دیتا ہے)، اور بیشک ہم یا تم ضرور ہدایت پر ہیں یا کھلی گمراہی میں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Say: "Who gives you sustenance, from the heavens and the earth?" Say: "It is Allah; and certain it is that either we or ye are on right guidance or in manifest error!"

[39:23] | Allahu nazzala ahsana alhadeethikitaban mutashabihan mathaniya taqshaAAirruminhu juloodu allatheena yakhshawna rabbahum thummataleenu julooduhum waquloobuhum ila thikri Allahithalika huda Allahi yahdee bihi man yashaowaman yudlili Allahu fama lahu min hadin | الله نزل أحسن الحديث كتابا متشابها مثاني تقشعر منه جلود الذين يخشون ربهم ثم تلين جلودهم وقلوبهم إلى ذكر الله ذلك هدى الله يهدي به من يشاء ومن يضلل الله فما له من هاد اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُّتَشَابِهًا مَّثَانِيَ تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اللہ ہی نے بہترین کلام نازل فرمایا ہے، جو ایک کتاب ہے جس کی باتیں (نظم اور معانی میں) ایک دوسرے سے ملتی جلتی ہیں (جس کی آیتیں) بار بار دہرائی گئی ہیں، جس سے اُن لوگوں کے جسموں کے رونگٹے کھڑے ہوجاتے ہیں جو اپنے رب سے ڈرتے ہیں، پھر اُن کی جلدیں اور دل نرم ہو جاتے ہیں (اور رِقّت کے ساتھ) اللہ کے ذکر کی طرف (محو ہو جاتے ہیں)۔ یہ اللہ کی ہدایت ہے وہ جسے چاہتا ہے اس کے ذریعے رہنمائی فرماتا ہے۔ اور اللہ جسے گمراہ کر دیتا (یعنی گمراہ چھوڑ دیتا) ہے تو اُس کے لئے کوئی ہادی نہیں ہوتا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Allah has revealed (from time to time) the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, (yet) repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah's praises. Such is the guidance of Allah: He guides therewith whom He pleases, but such as Allah leaves to stray, can have none to guide.

[41:44] | Walaw jaAAalnahu qur-ananaAAjamiyyan laqaloo lawla fussilat ayatuhuaaAAjamiyyun waAAarabiyyun qul huwa lillatheena amanoohudan washifaon waallatheena layu/minoona fee athanihim waqrun wahuwa AAalayhim AAaman ola-ikayunadawna min makanin baAAeedin | ولو جعلناه قرآنا أعجميا لقالوا لولا فصلت آياته أأعجمي وعربي قل هو للذين آمنوا هدى وشفاء والذين لا يؤمنون في آذانهم وقر وهو عليهم عمى أولئك ينادون من مكان بعيد وَلَوْ جَعَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا أَعْجَمِيًّا لَّقَالُوا لَوْلَا فُصِّلَتْ آيَاتُهُ أَأَعْجَمِيٌّ وَعَرَبِيٌّ قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هُدًى وَشِفَاءٌ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ فِي آذَانِهِمْ وَقْرٌ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَمًى أُوْلَئِكَ يُنَادَوْنَ مِن مَّكَانٍ بَعِيدٍ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور اگر ہم اس (کتاب) کو عجمی زبان کا قرآن بنا دیتے تو یقیناً یہ کہتے کہ اِس کی آیتیں واضح طور پر بیان کیوں نہیں کی گئیں، کیا کتاب عجمی ہے اور رسول عربی ہے (اِس لئے اے محبوبِ مکرّم! ہم نے قرآن بھی آپ ہی کی زبان میں اتار دیا ہے۔) فرما دیجئے: وہ (قرآن) ایمان والوں کے لئے ہدایت (بھی) ہے اور شفا (بھی) ہے اور جو لوگ ایمان نہیں رکھتے اُن کے کانوں میں بہرے پن کا بوجھ ہے وہ اُن کے حق میں نابینا پن (بھی) ہے (گویا) وہ لوگ کسی دور کی جگہ سے پکارے جاتے ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Had We sent this as a Qur'an (in the language) other than Arabic, they would have said: "Why are not its verses explained in detail? What! (a Book) not in Arabic and (a Messenger an Arab?" Say: "It is a Guide and a Healing to those who believe; and for those who believe not, there is a deafness in their ears, and it is blindness in their (eyes): They are (as it were) being called from a place far distant!"

| 7. [45:11] | Hatha hudan waallatheenakafaroo bi-ayati rabbihim lahum AAathabunmin rijzin aleemin | هذا هدى والذين كفروا بآيات ربهم لهم عذاب من رجز أليم هَذَا هُدًى وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مَّن رِّجْزٍ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | یہ (قرآن) ہدایت ہے، اور جن لوگوں نے اپنے رب کی آیات کے ساتھ کفر کیا اُن کے لئے سخت ترین دردناک عذاب ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | This is (true) Guidance and for those who reject the Signs of their Lord, is a grievous Penalty of abomination.

| 8. [47:17] | Waallatheena ihtadaw zadahumhudan waatahum taqwahum | والذين اهتدوا زادهم هدى وآتاهم تقواهم وَالَّذِينَ اهْتَدَوْا زَادَهُمْ هُدًى وَآتَاهُمْ تَقْوَاهُمْ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جن لوگوں نے ہدایت پا لی ہے، اﷲ ان کی ہدایت کو اور زیادہ فرما دیتا ہے اور انہیں ان کے مقامِ تقوٰی سے سرفراز فرماتا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | But to those who receive Guidance, He increases the (light of) Guidance, and bestows on them their Piety and Restraint (from evil).
