| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [34:19] | Faqaloo rabbana baAAidbayna asfarina wathalamoo anfusahumfajaAAalnahum ahadeetha wamazzaqnahum kullamumazzaqin inna fee thalika laayatin likullisabbarin shakoorin |  فقالوا ربنا باعد بين أسفارنا وظلموا أنفسهم فجعلناهم أحاديث ومزقناهم كل ممزق إن في ذلك لآيات لكل صبار شكورفَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا بَاعِدْ بَيْنَ أَسْفَارِنَا وَظَلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَحَادِيثَ وَمَزَّقْنَاهُمْ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | تو وہ کہنے لگے: اے ہمارے رب! ہماری منازلِ سفر کے درمیان فاصلے پیدا کر دے، اور انہوں نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کیا تو ہم نے انہیں (عبرت کے) فسانے بنا دیا اور ہم نے انہیں ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کر کے منتشر کر دیا۔ بیشک اس میں بہت صابر اور نہایت شکر گزار شخص کے لئے نشانیاں ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | But they said: "Our Lord! Place longer distances between our journey-stages": but they wronged themselves (therein). At length We made them as a tale (that is told), and We dispersed them all in scattered fragments. Verily in this are Signs for every (soul that is) patiently constant and grateful.

[39:23] | Allahu nazzala ahsana alhadeethikitaban mutashabihan mathaniya taqshaAAirruminhu juloodu allatheena yakhshawna rabbahum thummataleenu julooduhum waquloobuhum ila thikri Allahithalika huda Allahi yahdee bihi man yashaowaman yudlili Allahu fama lahu min hadin | الله نزل أحسن الحديث كتابا متشابها مثاني تقشعر منه جلود الذين يخشون ربهم ثم تلين جلودهم وقلوبهم إلى ذكر الله ذلك هدى الله يهدي به من يشاء ومن يضلل الله فما له من هاد اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُّتَشَابِهًا مَّثَانِيَ تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اللہ ہی نے بہترین کلام نازل فرمایا ہے، جو ایک کتاب ہے جس کی باتیں (نظم اور معانی میں) ایک دوسرے سے ملتی جلتی ہیں (جس کی آیتیں) بار بار دہرائی گئی ہیں، جس سے اُن لوگوں کے جسموں کے رونگٹے کھڑے ہوجاتے ہیں جو اپنے رب سے ڈرتے ہیں، پھر اُن کی جلدیں اور دل نرم ہو جاتے ہیں (اور رِقّت کے ساتھ) اللہ کے ذکر کی طرف (محو ہو جاتے ہیں)۔ یہ اللہ کی ہدایت ہے وہ جسے چاہتا ہے اس کے ذریعے رہنمائی فرماتا ہے۔ اور اللہ جسے گمراہ کر دیتا (یعنی گمراہ چھوڑ دیتا) ہے تو اُس کے لئے کوئی ہادی نہیں ہوتا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Allah has revealed (from time to time) the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, (yet) repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah's praises. Such is the guidance of Allah: He guides therewith whom He pleases, but such as Allah leaves to stray, can have none to guide.

| 3. [45:6] | Tilka ayatu Allahinatlooha AAalayka bialhaqqi fabi-ayyi hadeethinbaAAda Allahi waayatihi yu/minoona | تلك آيات الله نتلوها عليك بالحق فبأي حديث بعد الله وآياته يؤمنون تِلْكَ آيَاتُ اللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَ اللَّهِ وَآيَاتِهِ يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | یہ اللہ کی آیتیں ہیں جنہیں ہم آپ پر پوری سچائی کے ساتھ تلاوت فرماتے ہیں، پھر اللہ اور اُس کی آیتوں کے بعد یہ لوگ کس بات پر ایمان لائیں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Such are the Signs of Allah, which We rehearse to thee in Truth; then in what exposition will they believe after (rejecting) Allah and His Signs?

[65:1] | Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyu ithatallaqtumu alnnisaa fatalliqoohunnaliAAiddatihinna waahsoo alAAiddata waittaqoo Allaharabbakum la tukhrijoohunna min buyootihinna walayakhrujna illa an ya/teena bifahishatinmubayyinatin watilka hudoodu Allahi wamanyataAAadda hudooda Allahi faqad thalamanafsahu la tadree laAAalla Allaha yuhdithubaAAda thalika amran | يا أيها النبي إذا طلقتم النساء فطلقوهن لعدتهن وأحصوا العدة واتقوا الله ربكم لا تخرجوهن من بيوتهن ولا يخرجن إلا أن يأتين بفاحشة مبينة وتلك حدود الله ومن يتعد حدود الله فقد ظلم نفسه لا تدري لعل الله يحدث بعد ذلك أمرا يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ لَا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَمْرًا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اے نبی! (مسلمانوں سے فرما دیں:) جب تم عورتوں کو طلاق دینا چاہو تو اُن کے طُہر کے زمانہ میں انہیں طلاق دو اور عِدّت کو شمار کرو، اور اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو جو تمہارا رب ہے، اور انہیں اُن کے گھروں سے باہر مت نکالو اور نہ وہ خود باہر نکلیں سوائے اس کے کہ وہ کھلی بے حیائی کر بیٹھیں، اور یہ اللہ کی (مقررّہ) حدیں ہیں، اور جو شخص اللہ کی حدود سے تجاوز کرے تو بیشک اُس نے اپنی جان پر ظلم کیا ہے، (اے شخص!) تو نہیں جانتا شاید اللہ اِس کے (طلاق دینے کے) بعد (رجوع کی) کوئی نئی صورت پیدا فرما دے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | O Prophet! When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation.

[66:3] | Wa-ith asarra alnnabiyyu ilabaAAdi azwajihi hadeethan falammanabbaat bihi waathharahu Allahu AAalayhiAAarrafa baAAdahu waaAArada AAan baAAdinfalamma nabbaaha bihi qalat man anbaaka hathaqala nabbaaniya alAAaleemu alkhabeeru | وإذ أسر النبي إلى بعض أزواجه حديثا فلما نبأت به وأظهره الله عليه عرف بعضه وأعرض عن بعض فلما نبأها به قالت من أنبأك هذا قال نبأني العليم الخبير وَإِذْ أَسَرَّ النَّبِيُّ إِلَى بَعْضِ أَزْوَاجِهِ حَدِيثًا فَلَمَّا نَبَّأَتْ بِهِ وَأَظْهَرَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ عَرَّفَ بَعْضَهُ وَأَعْرَضَ عَن بَعْضٍ فَلَمَّا نَبَّأَهَا بِهِ قَالَتْ مَنْ أَنبَأَكَ هَذَا قَالَ نَبَّأَنِيَ الْعَلِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جب نبئ (مکرّم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنی ایک زوجہ سے ایک رازدارانہ بات ارشاد فرمائی، پھر جب وہ اُس (بات) کا ذکر کر بیٹھیں اور اللہ نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر اسے ظاہر فرما دیا تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انہیں اس کا کچھ حصہ جِتا دیا اور کچھ حصہ (بتانے) سے چشم پوشی فرمائی، پھر جب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انہیں اِس کی خبر دے دی (کہ آپ راز اِفشاء کر بیٹھی ہیں) تو وہ بولیں: آپ کو یہ کس نے بتا دیا ہے؟ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ مجھے بڑے علم والے بڑی آگاہی والے (رب) نے بتا دیا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | When the Prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his consorts, and she then divulged it (to another), and Allah made it known to him, he confirmed part thereof and repudiated a part. Then when he told her thereof, she said, "Who told thee this? "He said, "He told me Who knows and is well-acquainted (with all things)."

| 6. [68:44] | Fatharnee waman yukaththibubihatha alhadeethi sanastadrijuhum min haythula yaAAlamoona | فذرني ومن يكذب بهذا الحديث سنستدرجهم من حيث لا يعلمون فَذَرْنِي وَمَن يُكَذِّبُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پس (اے حبیبِ مکرم!) آپ مجھے اور اس شخص کو جو اس کلام کو جھٹلاتا ہے (اِنتقام کے لئے) چھوڑ دیں، اب ہم انہیں آہستہ آہستہ (تباہی کی طرف) اس طرح لے جائیں گے کہ انہیں معلوم تک نہ ہوگا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not.
