Liyunthira man kana hayyanwayahiqqa alqawlu AAala alkafireena لينذر من كان حيا ويحق القول على الكافرين
لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ

  تاکہ وہ اس شخص کو ڈر سنائیں جو زندہ ہو اور کافروں پر فرمانِ حجت ثابت ہو جائے

Yousuf AliThat it may give admonition to any (who are) alive, and that the charge may be proved against those who reject (Truth).
