| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[6:128] | Wayawma yahshuruhum jameeAAan yamaAAshara aljinni qadi istakthartum mina al-insi waqalaawliyaohum mina al-insi rabbana istamtaAAa baAAdunabibaAAdin wabalaghna ajalana allatheeajjalta lana qala alnnaru mathwakumkhalideena feeha illa ma shaaAllahu inna rabbaka hakeemun AAaleemun |  ويوم يحشرهم جميعا يا معشر الجن قد استكثرتم من الإنس وقال أولياؤهم من الإنس ربنا استمتع بعضنا ببعض وبلغنا أجلنا الذي أجلت لنا قال النار مثواكم خالدين فيها إلا ما شاء الله إن ربك حكيم عليموَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ قَدِ اسْتَكْثَرْتُم مِّنَ الْإِنسِ وَقَالَ أَوْلِيَآؤُهُم مِّنَ الْإِنسِ رَبَّنَا اسْتَمْتَعَ بَعْضُنَا بِبَعْضٍ وَبَلَغْنَا أَجَلَنَا الَّذِي أَجَّلْتَ لَنَا قَالَ النَّارُ مَثْوَاكُمْ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا إِلاَّ مَا شَاءَ اللّهُ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِيمٌ عَليمٌ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جس دن وہ ان سب کو جمع فرمائے گا (تو ارشاد ہوگا:) اے گروہِ جنّات (یعنی شیاطین!) بیشک تم نے بہت سے انسانوں کو (گمراہ) کر لیا، اور انسانوں میں سے ان کے دوست کہیں گے: اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے ایک دوسرے سے (خوب) فائدے حاصل کئے اور (اسی غفلت اور مفاد پرستی کے عالم میں) ہم اپنی اس میعاد کو پہنچ گئے جو تو نے ہمارے لئے مقرر فرمائی تھی (مگر ہم اس کے لئے کچھ تیاری نہ کر سکے)۔ اﷲ فرمائے گا کہ (اب) دوزخ ہی تمہارا ٹھکانا ہے ہمیشہ اسی میں رہو گے مگر جو اﷲ چاہے۔ بیشک آپ کا رب بڑی حکمت والا خوب جاننے والا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | One day will He gather them all together, (and say): "O ye assembly of Jinns! Much (toll) did ye take of men." Their friends amongst men will say: "Our Lord! we made profit from each other: but (alas!) we reached our term - which thou didst appoint for us." He will say: "The Fire be your dwelling-place: you will dwell therein for ever, except as Allah willeth." for thy Lord is full of wisdom and knowledge.

| Shabbir Ahmed | اور جس دم گھیر کر جمع کرے گا اللہ ان سب کو (اپنے حضور اور فرمائے گا) اے گروہ جن! بلاشُبہ تم نے بہت فائدے حاصل کیے (بہکاکر) انسانوں سے اور کہیں گے اُن کے دوست انسانوں میں سے اے ہمارے رب فائدہ حاصل کیا ہم نے ایک دوسرے سے اور آپہنچے ہیں ہم اس وقت پر جو مقرر کیا تھا تونے ہمارے لیے۔ اللہ فرمائے گا، (اچھا!) اب آگ ہے تمہارا ٹھکانا۔ رہوگے ہمیشہ اس میں مگر وہ جنہیں (بچانا) چاہے اللہ۔ بے شک تیرا رب بڑی حکمت والا، سب کچھ جاننے والا ہے۔ | ||||||
| Fateh Muhammad Jalandhary | اور جس دن وہ سب (جنّ وانس) کو جمع کرے گا (اور فرمائے گا کہ) اے گروہ جنّات تم نے انسانوں سے بہت (فائدے) حاصل کئے تو جو انسانوں میں ان کے دوستدار ہوں گے وہ کہیں گے کہ پروردگار ہم ایک دوسرے سے فائدہ اٹھاتے رہے اور (آخر) اس وقت کو پہنچ گئے جو تو نے ہمارے لیے مقرر کیا تھا خدا فرمائے گا (اب) تمہارا ٹھکانہ دوزخ ہے ہمیشہ اس میں (جلتے) رہو گے مگر جو خدا چاہے بےشک تمہارا پروردگار دانا اور خبردار ہے | ||||||

| Abul Ala Maududi | جس روز اللہ ان سب لوگوں کو گھیر کر جمع کرے گا، اس روز وہ جنوں سے خطاب کر کے فرمائے گا کہ "ا ے گروہ جن! تم نے نوع انسانی پر خوب ہاتھ صاف کیا" انسانوں میں سے جو اُن کے رفیق تھے وہ عرض کریں گے "پروردگار! ہم میں سے ہر ایک نے دوسرے کو خو ب استعمال کیا ہے، اور اب ہم اُس وقت پر آ پہنچے ہیں جو تو نے ہمارے لیے مقرر کر دیا تھا" اللہ فرمائے گا "اچھا اب آگ تمہارا ٹھکانا ہے، اس میں تم ہمیشہ رہو گے" ا"س سے بچیں گے صرف وہی جنہیں اللہ بچانا چاہے گا، بے شک تمہارا رب دانا اور علیم ہے | ||||||

He said: "The fire (is) your residence , (you are) immortally in it except what (who) God wanted/willed, that your Lord (is) wise/judicious, knowledgeable." | ||||||
