| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [7:127] | Waqala almalao min qawmi firAAawnaatatharu moosa waqawmahu liyufsidoo fee al-ardiwayatharaka waalihataka qala sanuqattilu abnaahumwanastahyee nisaahum wa-inna fawqahum qahiroona |  وقال الملأ من قوم فرعون أتذر موسى وقومه ليفسدوا في الأرض ويذرك وآلهتك قال سنقتل أبناءهم ونستحيي نساءهم وإنا فوقهم قاهرونوَقَالَ الْمَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِ فِرْعَونَ أَتَذَرُ مُوسَى وَقَوْمَهُ لِيُفْسِدُواْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَيَذَرَكَ وَآلِهَتَكَ قَالَ سَنُقَتِّلُ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ وَنَسْتَحْيِـي نِسَاءَهُمْ وَإِنَّا فَوْقَهُمْ قَاهِرُونَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور قومِ فرعون کے سرداروں نے (فرعون سے) کہا: کیا تو موسٰی اور اس کی (اِنقلاب پسند) قوم کو چھوڑ دے گا کہ وہ ملک میں فساد پھیلائیں اور (پھر کیا) وہ تجھ کو اور تیرے معبودوں کو چھوڑ دیں گے؟ اس نے کہا: (نہیں) اب ہم ان کے لڑکوں کو قتل کردیں گے (تاکہ ان کی مردانہ افرادی قوت ختم ہوجائے) اور ان کی عورتوں کو زندہ رکھیں گے (تاکہ ان سے زیادتی کی جاسکے)، اور بیشک ہم ان پر غالب ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Said the chiefs of Pharaoh's people: "Wilt thou leave Moses and his people, to spread mischief in the land, and to abandon thee and thy gods?" He said: "Their male children will we slay; (only) their females will we save alive; and we have over them (power) irresistible."
