| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [4:127] | Wayastaftoonaka fee alnnisa-iquli Allahu yufteekum feehinna wama yutlaAAalaykum fee alkitabi fee yatama alnnisa-iallatee la tu/toonahunna ma kutiba lahunnawatarghaboona an tankihoohunna waalmustadAAafeenamina alwildani waan taqoomoo lilyatama bialqistiwama tafAAaloo min khayrin fa-inna Allaha kanabihi AAaleeman |  ويستفتونك في النساء قل الله يفتيكم فيهن وما يتلى عليكم في الكتاب في يتامى النساء اللاتي لا تؤتونهن ما كتب لهن وترغبون أن تنكحوهن والمستضعفين من الولدان وأن تقوموا لليتامى بالقسط وما تفعلوا من خير فإن الله كان به عليماوَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ قُلِ اللّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِيهِنَّ وَمَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ فِي يَتَامَى النِّسَاءِ الَّاتِي لاَ تُؤْتُونَهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرْغَبُونَ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْوِلْدَانِ وَأَن تَقُومُواْ لِلْيَتَامَى بِالْقِسْطِ وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ بِهِ عَلِيمًا | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور (اے پیغمبر!) لوگ آپ سے (یتیم) عورتوں کے بارے میں فتویٰ پوچھتے ہیں۔ آپ فرما دیں کہ اللہ تمہیں ان کے بارے میں حکم دیتا ہے اور جو حکم تم کو (پہلے سے) کتابِ مجید میں سنایا جا رہا ہے (وہ بھی) ان یتیم عورتوں ہی کے بارے میں ہے جنہیں تم وہ (حقوق) نہیں دیتے جو ان کے لئے مقرر کئے گئے ہیں اور چاہتے ہو کہ (ان کا مال قبضے میں لینے کی خاطر) ان کے ساتھ خود نکاح کر لو اور نیز بے بس بچوں کے بارے میں (بھی حکم) ہے کہ یتیموں کے معاملے میں انصاف پر قائم رہا کرو، اور تم جو بھلائی بھی کروگے تو بیشک اللہ اسے خوب جاننے والا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They ask thy instruction concerning the women say: Allah doth instruct you about them: And (remember) what hath been rehearsed unto you in the Book, concerning the orphans of women to whom ye give not the portions prescribed, and yet whom ye desire to marry, as also concerning the children who are weak and oppressed: that ye stand firm for justice to orphans. There is not a good deed which ye do, but Allah is well-acquainted therewith.

[60:10] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha jaakumu almu/minatu muhajiratinfaimtahinoohunna Allahu aAAlamu bi-eemanihinnafa-in AAalimtumoohunna mu/minatin falatarjiAAoohunna ila alkuffari la hunna hillunlahum wala hum yahilloona lahunna waatoohumma anfaqoo wala junaha AAalaykum an tankihoohunnaitha ataytumoohunna ojoorahunna walatumsikoo biAAisami alkawafiri wais-aloo maanfaqtum walyas-aloo ma anfaqoo thalikum hukmuAllahi yahkumu baynakum waAllahuAAaleemun hakeemun | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا جاءكم المؤمنات مهاجرات فامتحنوهن الله أعلم بإيمانهن فإن علمتموهن مؤمنات فلا ترجعوهن إلى الكفار لا هن حل لهم ولا هم يحلون لهن وآتوهم ما أنفقوا ولا جناح عليكم أن تنكحوهن إذا آتيتموهن أجورهن ولا تمسكوا بعصم الكوافر واسألوا ما أنفقتم وليسألوا ما أنفقوا ذلكم حكم الله يحكم بينكم والله عليم حكيم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا جَاءَكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ مُهَاجِرَاتٍ فَامْتَحِنُوهُنَّ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيْمَانِهِنَّ فَإِنْ عَلِمْتُمُوهُنَّ مُؤْمِنَاتٍ فَلَا تَرْجِعُوهُنَّ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ لَا هُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحِلُّونَ لَهُنَّ وَآتُوهُم مَّا أَنفَقُوا وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوا بِعِصَمِ الْكَوَافِرِ وَاسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقْتُمْ وَلْيَسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقُوا ذَلِكُمْ حُكْمُ اللَّهِ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اے ایمان والو! جب تمہارے پاس مومن عورتیں ہجرت کر کے آئیں تو انہیں اچھی طرح جانچ لیا کرو، اللہ اُن کے ایمان (کی حقیقت) سے خوب آگاہ ہے، پھر اگر تمہیں اُن کے مومن ہونے کا یقین ہو جائے تو انہیں کافروں کی طرف واپس نہ بھیجو، نہ یہ (مومنات) اُن (کافروں) کے لئے حلال ہیں اور نہ وہ (کفّار) اِن (مومن عورتوں) کے لئے حلال ہیں، اور اُن (کافروں) نے جو (مال بصورتِ مَہر اِن پر) خرچ کیا ہو وہ اُن کو ادا کر دو، اور تم پر اس (بات) میں کوئی گناہ نہیں کہ تم اِن سے نکاح کر لو جبکہ تم اُن (عورتوں) کا مَہر انہیں ادا کر دو، اور (اے مسلمانو!) تم بھی کافر عورتوں کو (اپنے) عقدِ نکاح میں نہ روکے رکھو اور تم (کفّار سے) وہ (مال) طلب کر لو جو تم نے (اُن عورتوں پر بصورتِ مَہر) خرچ کیا تھا اور وہ (کفّار تم سے) وہ (مال) مانگ لیں جو انہوں نے (اِن عورتوں پر بصورتِ مَہر) خرچ کیا تھا، یہی اللہ کا حکم ہے، اور وہ تمہارے درمیان فیصلہ فرما رہا ہے، اور اللہ خوب جاننے والا بڑی حکمت والا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | O ye who believe! When there come to you believing women refugees, examine (and test) them: Allah knows best as to their Faith: if ye ascertain that they are Believers, then send them not back to the Unbelievers. They are not lawful (wives) for the Unbelievers, nor are the (Unbelievers) lawful (husbands) for them. But pay the Unbelievers what they have spent (on their dower), and there will be no blame on you if ye marry them on payment of their dower to them. But hold not to the guardianship of unbelieving women: ask for what ye have spent on their dowers, and let the (Unbelievers) ask for what they have spent (on the dowers of women who come over to you). Such is the command of Allah: He judges (with justice) between you. And Allah is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom.
