| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [9:79] | Allatheena yalmizoona almuttawwiAAeenamina almu/mineena fee alssadaqati waallatheenala yajidoona illa juhdahum fayaskharoona minhumsakhira Allahu minhum walahum AAathabun aleemun |  الذين يلمزون المطوعين من المؤمنين في الصدقات والذين لا يجدون إلا جهدهم فيسخرون منهم سخر الله منهم ولهم عذاب أليمالَّذِينَ يَلْمِزُونَ الْمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يَجِدُونَ إِلاَّ جُهْدَهُمْ فَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنْهُمْ سَخِرَ اللّهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | جو لوگ برضا و رغبت خیرات دینے والے مومنوں پر (ان کے) صدقات میں (ریاکاری و مجبوری کا) الزام لگاتے ہیں اور ان (نادار مسلمانوں) پر بھی (عیب لگاتے ہیں) جو اپنی محنت و مشقت کے سوا (کچھ زیادہ مقدور) نہیں پاتے سو یہ (ان کے جذبۂ اِنفاق کا بھی) مذاق اڑاتے ہیں، اللہ انہیں ان کے تمسخر کی سزا دے گا اور ان کے لئے دردناک عذاب ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Those who slander such of the believers as give themselves freely to (deeds of) charity, as well as such as can find nothing to give except the fruits of their labour,- and throw ridicule on them,- Allah will throw back their ridicule on them: and they shall have a grievous penalty.

[16:14] | Wahuwa allathee sakhkhara albahralita/kuloo minhu lahman tariyyan watastakhrijoominhu hilyatan talbasoonaha watara alfulkamawakhira feehi walitabtaghoo min fadlihiwalaAAallakum tashkuroona | وهو الذي سخر البحر لتأكلوا منه لحما طريا وتستخرجوا منه حلية تلبسونها وترى الفلك مواخر فيه ولتبتغوا من فضله ولعلكم تشكرون وَهُوَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ الْبَحْرَ لِتَأْكُلُواْ مِنْهُ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا وَتَسْتَخْرِجُواْ مِنْهُ حِلْيَةً تَلْبَسُونَهَا وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ مَوَاخِرَ فِيهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُواْ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور وہی ہے جس نے (فضا و بر کے علاوہ) بحر (یعنی دریاؤں اور سمندروں) کو بھی مسخر فرما دیا تاکہ تم اس میں سے تازہ (و پسندیدہ) گوشت کھاؤ اور تم اس میں سے موتی (وغیرہ) نکالو جنہیں تم زیبائش کے لئے پہنتے ہو، اور (اے انسان!) تُو کشتیوں (اور جہازوں) کو دیکھتا ہے جو (دریاؤں اور سمندروں کا) پانی چیرتے ہوئے اس میں چلے جاتے ہیں، اور (یہ سب کچھ اس لئے کیا) تاکہ تم (دور دور تک) اس کا فضل (یعنی رزق) تلاش کرو اور یہ کہ تم شکر گزار بن جاؤ | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | It is He Who has made the sea subject, that ye may eat thereof flesh that is fresh and tender, and that ye may extract therefrom ornaments to wear; and thou seest the ships therein that plough the waves, that ye may seek (thus) of the bounty of Allah and that ye may be grateful.

[22:65] | Alam tara anna Allaha sakhkhara lakumma fee al-ardi waalfulka tajree fee albahribi-amrihi wayumsiku alssamaa an taqaAAa AAalaal-ardi illa bi-ithnihi inna Allahabialnnasi laraoofun raheemun | ألم تر أن الله سخر لكم ما في الأرض والفلك تجري في البحر بأمره ويمسك السماء أن تقع على الأرض إلا بإذنه إن الله بالناس لرءوف رحيم أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَالْفُلْكَ تَجْرِي فِي الْبَحْرِ بِأَمْرِهِ وَيُمْسِكُ السَّمَاءَ أَن تَقَعَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَؤُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ اﷲ نے جو کچھ زمین میں ہے تمہارے لئے مسخر فرما دیا ہے اور کشتیوں کو (بھی) جو اس کے اَمر (یعنی قانون) سے سمندر (و دریا) میں چلتی ہیں، اور آسمان (یعنی خلائی و فضائی کرّوں) کو زمین پر گرنے سے (ایک آفاقی نظام کے ذریعہ) تھامے ہوئے ہے مگر اسی کے حکم سے (جب وہ چاہے گا آپس میں ٹکرا جائیں گے)۔ بیشک اﷲ تمام انسانوں کے ساتھ نہایت شفقت فرمانے والا بڑا مہربان ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Seest thou not that Allah has made subject to you (men) all that is on the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? He withholds the sky (rain) from failing on the earth except by His leave: for Allah is Most Kind and Most Merciful to man.

[31:20] | Alam taraw anna Allaha sakhkharalakum ma fee alssamawati wamafee al-ardi waasbagha AAalaykum niAAamahu thahiratanwabatinatan wamina alnnasi man yujadilufee Allahi bighayri AAilmin wala hudan walakitabin muneerin | ألم تروا أن الله سخر لكم ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وأسبغ عليكم نعمه ظاهرة وباطنة ومن الناس من يجادل في الله بغير علم ولا هدى ولا كتاب منير أَلَمْ تَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَأَسْبَغَ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعَمَهُ ظَاهِرَةً وَبَاطِنَةً وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يُجَادِلُ فِي اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَلَا هُدًى وَلَا كِتَابٍ مُّنِيرٍ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | (لوگو!) کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ اﷲ نے تمہارے لئے ان تمام چیزوں کو مسخّر فرما دیا ہے جو آسمانوں میں ہیں اور جو زمین میں ہیں، اور اس نے اپنی ظاہری اور باطنی نعمتیں تم پر پوری کر دی ہیں۔ اور لوگوں میں کچھ ایسے (بھی) ہیں جو اﷲ کے بارے میں جھگڑا کرتے ہیں بغیر علم کے اور بغیر ہدایت کے اور بغیر روشن کتاب (کی دلیل) کے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Do ye not see that Allah has subjected to your (use) all things in the heavens and on earth, and has made his bounties flow to you in exceeding measure, (both) seen and unseen? Yet there are among men those who dispute about Allah, without knowledge and without guidance, and without a Book to enlighten them!

[43:13] | Litastawoo AAala thuhoorihithumma tathkuroo niAAmata rabbikum itha istawaytumAAalayhi wataqooloo subhana allathee sakhkhara lanahatha wama kunna lahu muqrineena | لتستووا على ظهوره ثم تذكروا نعمة ربكم إذا استويتم عليه وتقولوا سبحان الذي سخر لنا هذا وما كنا له مقرنين لِتَسْتَوُوا عَلَى ظُهُورِهِ ثُمَّ تَذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ رَبِّكُمْ إِذَا اسْتَوَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَتَقُولُوا سُبْحانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | تاکہ تم ان کی پشتوں (یا نشستوں) پر درست ہو کر بیٹھ سکو، پھر تم اپنے رب کی نعمت کو یاد کرو، جب تم سکون سے اس (سواری کی نشست) پر بیٹھ جاؤ تو کہو: پاک ہے وہ ذات جس نے اِس کو ہمارے تابع کر دیا حالانکہ ہم اِسے قابو میں نہیں لا سکتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | In order that ye may sit firm and square on their backs, and when so seated, ye may celebrate the (kind) favour of your Lord, and say, "Glory to Him Who has subjected these to our (use), for we could never have accomplished this (by ourselves),

| Tahir ul Qadri | اللہ ہی ہے جس نے سمندر کو تمہارے قابو میں کر دیا تاکہ اس کے حکم سے اُس میں جہاز اور کشتیاں چلیں اور تاکہ تم (بحری راستوں سے بھی) اُس کا فضل (یعنی رزق) تلاش کر سکو، اور اس لئے کہ تم شکر گزار ہو جاؤ | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | It is Allah Who has subjected the sea to you, that ships may sail through it by His command, that ye may seek of his Bounty, and that ye may be grateful.
