| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [13:6] | WayastaAAjiloonaka bialssayyi-atiqabla alhasanati waqad khalat min qablihimu almathulatuwa-inna rabbaka lathoo maghfiratin lilnnasiAAala thulmihim wa-inna rabbaka lashadeedualAAiqabi |  ويستعجلونك بالسيئة قبل الحسنة وقد خلت من قبلهم المثلات وإن ربك لذو مغفرة للناس على ظلمهم وإن ربك لشديد العقابوَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِمُ الْمَثُلاَتُ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُو مَغْفِرَةٍ لِّلنَّاسِ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَشَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور یہ لوگ رحمت سے پہلے آپ سے عذاب طلب کرنے میں جلدی کرتے ہیں، حالانکہ ان سے پہلے کئی عذاب گزر چکے ہیں، اور (اے حبیب!) بیشک آپ کا رب لوگوں کے لئے ان کے ظلم کے باوجود بخشش والا ہے اور یقیناً آپ کا رب سخت عذاب دینے والا (بھی) ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They ask thee to hasten on the evil in preference to the good: Yet have come to pass, before them, (many) exemplary punishments! But verily thy Lord is full of forgiveness for mankind for their wrong-doing, and verily thy Lord is (also) strict in punishment.

[22:47] | WayastaAAjiloonaka bialAAathabiwalan yukhlifa Allahu waAAdahu wa-inna yawman AAindarabbika kaalfi sanatin mimma taAAuddoona | ويستعجلونك بالعذاب ولن يخلف الله وعده وإن يوما عند ربك كألف سنة مما تعدون وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالْعَذَابِ وَلَن يُخْلِفَ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ وَإِنَّ يَوْمًا عِندَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلْفِ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور یہ آپ سے عذاب میں جلدی کے خواہش مند ہیں اور اﷲ ہرگز اپنے وعدہ کی خلاف ورزی نہ کرے گا، اور (جب عذاب کا وقت آئے گا) تو (عذاب کا) ایک دن آپ کے رب کے ہاں ایک ہزار سال کی مانند ہے (اس حساب سے) جو تم شمار کرتے ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Yet they ask thee to hasten on the Punishment! But Allah will not fail in His Promise. Verily a Day in the sight of thy Lord is like a thousand years of your reckoning.

[29:53] | WayastaAAjiloonaka bialAAathabiwalawla ajalun musamman lajaahumu alAAathabuwalaya/tiyannahum baghtatan wahum la yashAAuroona | ويستعجلونك بالعذاب ولولا أجل مسمى لجاءهم العذاب وليأتينهم بغتة وهم لا يشعرون وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالْعَذَابِ وَلَوْلَا أَجَلٌ مُّسَمًّى لَّجَاءَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَيَأْتِيَنَّهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور یہ لوگ آپ سے عذاب میں جلدی چاہتے ہیں، اور اگر (عذاب کا) وقت مقرر نہ ہوتا تو ان پر عذاب آچکا ہوتا، اور وہ (عذاب یا وقتِ عذاب) ضرور انہیں اچانک آپہنچے گا اور انہیں خبر بھی نہ ہوگی | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They ask thee to hasten on the Punishment (for them): had it not been for a term (of respite) appointed, the Punishment would certainly have come to them: and it will certainly reach them,- of a sudden, while they perceive not!
