| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [14:49] | Watara almujrimeena yawma-ithinmuqarraneena fee al-asfadi |  وترى المجرمين يومئذ مقرنين في الأصفادوَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور اس دن آپ مجرموں کو زنجیروں میں جکڑے ہوئے دیکھیں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And thou wilt see the sinners that day bound together in fetters;-

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جب وہ اس میں کسی تنگ جگہ سے زنجیروں کے ساتھ جکڑے ہوئے (یا اپنے شیطانوں کے ساتھ بندھے ہوئے) ڈالے جائیں گے اس وقت وہ (اپنی) ہلاکت کو پکاریں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And when they are cast, bound together into a constricted place therein, they will pLead for destruction there and then!

[43:13] | Litastawoo AAala thuhoorihithumma tathkuroo niAAmata rabbikum itha istawaytumAAalayhi wataqooloo subhana allathee sakhkhara lanahatha wama kunna lahu muqrineena | لتستووا على ظهوره ثم تذكروا نعمة ربكم إذا استويتم عليه وتقولوا سبحان الذي سخر لنا هذا وما كنا له مقرنين لِتَسْتَوُوا عَلَى ظُهُورِهِ ثُمَّ تَذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ رَبِّكُمْ إِذَا اسْتَوَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَتَقُولُوا سُبْحانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | تاکہ تم ان کی پشتوں (یا نشستوں) پر درست ہو کر بیٹھ سکو، پھر تم اپنے رب کی نعمت کو یاد کرو، جب تم سکون سے اس (سواری کی نشست) پر بیٹھ جاؤ تو کہو: پاک ہے وہ ذات جس نے اِس کو ہمارے تابع کر دیا حالانکہ ہم اِسے قابو میں نہیں لا سکتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | In order that ye may sit firm and square on their backs, and when so seated, ye may celebrate the (kind) favour of your Lord, and say, "Glory to Him Who has subjected these to our (use), for we could never have accomplished this (by ourselves),
