| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [5:117] | Ma qultu lahum illa maamartanee bihi ani oAAbudoo Allaha rabbee warabbakumwakuntu AAalayhim shaheedan ma dumtu feehim falammatawaffaytanee kunta anta alrraqeeba AAalayhim waanta AAalakulli shay-in shaheedun |  ما قلت لهم إلا ما أمرتني به أن اعبدوا الله ربي وربكم وكنت عليهم شهيدا ما دمت فيهم فلما توفيتني كنت أنت الرقيب عليهم وأنت على كل شيء شهيدمَا قُلْتُ لَهُمْ إِلاَّ مَا أَمَرْتَنِي بِهِ أَنِ اعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبَّكُمْ وَكُنتُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيدًا مَّا دُمْتُ فِيهِمْ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيْتَنِي كُنتَ أَنتَ الرَّقِيبَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَنتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | میں نے انہیں سوائے اس (بات) کے کچھ نہیں کہا تھا جس کا تو نے مجھے حکم دیا تھا کہ تم (صرف) اﷲ کی عبادت کیا کرو جو میرا (بھی) رب ہے اور تمہارا(بھی) رب ہے، اور میں ان (کے عقائد و اعمال) پر (اس وقت تک) خبردار رہا جب تک میں ان لوگوں میں موجود رہا، پھر جب تو نے مجھے اٹھا لیا تو تو ہی ان (کے حالات) پر نگہبان تھا، اور تو ہر چیز پر گواہ ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things.

| 2. [10:91] | Al-ana waqad AAasaytaqablu wakunta mina almufsideena | آلآن وقد عصيت قبل وكنت من المفسدين آلْآنَ وَقَدْ عَصَيْتَ قَبْلُ وَكُنتَ مِنَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | (جواب دیا گیا کہ) اب (ایمان لاتا ہے)؟ حالانکہ تو پہلے (مسلسل) نافرمانی کرتا رہا ہے اور تو فساد بپا کرنے والوں میں سے تھا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | (It was said to him): "Ah now!- But a little while before, wast thou in rebellion!- and thou didst mischief (and violence)!

[19:23] | Faajaaha almakhadu ilajithAAi alnnakhlati qalat ya laytaneemittu qabla hatha wakuntu nasyan mansiyyan | فأجاءها المخاض إلى جذع النخلة قالت يا ليتني مت قبل هذا وكنت نسيا منسيا فَأَجَاءَهَا الْمَخَاضُ إِلَى جِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ قَالَتْ يَا لَيْتَنِي مِتُّ قَبْلَ هَذَا وَكُنتُ نَسْيًا مَّنسِيًّا | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پھر دردِ زہ انہیں ایک کھجور کے تنے کی طرف لے آیا، وہ (پریشانی کے عالم میں) کہنے لگیں: اے کاش! میں پہلے سے مرگئی ہوتی اور بالکل بھولی بسری ہوچکی ہوتی | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree: She cried (in her anguish): "Ah! would that I had died before this! would that I had been a thing forgotten and out of sight!"

| Tahir ul Qadri | (رب فرمائے گا:) ہاں، بے شک میری آیتیں تیرے پاس آئی تھیں، سو تُو نے انہیں جھٹلا دیا، اور توُ نے تکبّر کیا اور تُو کافروں میں سے ہوگیا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | "(The reply will be:) 'Nay, but there came to thee my Signs, and thou didst reject them: thou wast Haughty, and became one of those who reject faith!'"
