| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [21:90] | Faistajabna lahu wawahabnalahu yahya waaslahna lahuzawjahu innahum kanoo yusariAAoona fee alkhayratiwayadAAoonana raghaban warahaban wakanoo lanakhashiAAeena |  فاستجبنا له ووهبنا له يحيى وأصلحنا له زوجه إنهم كانوا يسارعون في الخيرات ويدعوننا رغبا ورهبا وكانوا لنا خاشعينفَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ يَحْيَى وَأَصْلَحْنَا لَهُ زَوْجَهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَيَدْعُونَنَا رَغَبًا وَرَهَبًا وَكَانُوا لَنَا خَاشِعِينَ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | تو ہم نے ان کی دعا قبول فرما لی اور ہم نے انہیں یحیٰی (علیہ السلام) عطا فرمایا اور ان کی خاطر ان کی زوجہ کو (بھی) درست (قابلِ اولاد) بنا دیا۔ بیشک یہ (سب) نیکی کے کاموں (کی انجام دہی) میں جلدی کرتے تھے اور ہمیں شوق و رغبت اور خوف و خشیّت (کی کیفیتوں) کے ساتھ پکارا کرتے تھے، اور ہمارے حضور بڑے عجز و نیاز کے ساتھ گڑگڑاتے تھے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | So We listened to him: and We granted him Yahya: We cured his wife's (Barrenness) for him. These (three) were ever quick in emulation in good works; they used to call on Us with love and reverence, and humble themselves before Us.
