| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [9:63] | Alam yaAAlamoo annahu man yuhadidiAllaha warasoolahu faanna lahu nara jahannama khalidanfeeha thalika alkhizyu alAAatheemu |  ألم يعلموا أنه من يحادد الله ورسوله فأن له نار جهنم خالدا فيها ذلك الخزي العظيمأَلَمْ يَعْلَمُواْ أَنَّهُ مَن يُحَادِدِ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَأَنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا فِيهَا ذَلِكَ الْخِزْيُ الْعَظِيمُ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | کیا وہ نہیں جانتے کہ جو شخص اللہ اور اس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی مخالفت کرتا ہے تو اس کے لئے دوزخ کی آگ (مقرر) ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہنے والا ہے، یہ زبردست رسوائی ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Know they not that for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, is the Fire of Hell?- wherein they shall dwell. That is the supreme disgrace.

[10:98] | Falawla kanat qaryatun amanatfanafaAAaha eemanuha illa qawmayoonusa lamma amanoo kashafna AAanhum AAathabaalkhizyi fee alhayati alddunyawamattaAAnahum ila heenin | فلولا كانت قرية آمنت فنفعها إيمانها إلا قوم يونس لما آمنوا كشفنا عنهم عذاب الخزي في الحياة الدنيا ومتعناهم إلى حين فَلَوْلاَ كَانَتْ قَرْيَةٌ آمَنَتْ فَنَفَعَهَا إِيمَانُهَا إِلاَّ قَوْمَ يُونُسَ لَمَّآ آمَنُواْ كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمْ عَذَابَ الْخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَتَّعْنَاهُمْ إِلَى حِينٍ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پھر قومِ یونس (کی بستی) کے سوا کوئی اور ایسی بستی کیوں نہ ہوئی جو ایمان لائی ہو اور اسے اس کے ایمان لانے نے فائدہ دیا ہو۔ جب (قومِ یونس کے لوگ نزولِ عذاب سے قبل صرف اس کی نشانی دیکھ کر) ایمان لے آئے تو ہم نے ان سے دنیوی زندگی میں (ہی) رسوائی کا عذاب دور کردیا اور ہم نے انہیں ایک مدت تک منافع سے بہرہ مند رکھا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Why was there not a single township (among those We warned), which believed,- so its faith should have profited it,- except the people of Jonah? When they believed, We removed from them the penalty of ignominy in the life of the present, and permitted them to enjoy (their life) for a while.

[16:27] | Thumma yawma alqiyamati yukhzeehimwayaqoolu ayna shuraka-iya allatheena kuntum tushaqqoonafeehim qala allatheena ootoo alAAilma inna alkhizyaalyawma waalssoo-a AAala alkafireena | ثم يوم القيامة يخزيهم ويقول أين شركائي الذين كنتم تشاقون فيهم قال الذين أوتوا العلم إن الخزي اليوم والسوء على الكافرين ثُمَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُخْزِيهِمْ وَيَقُولُ أَيْنَ شُرَكَآئِيَ الَّذِينَ كُنتُمْ تُشَاقُّونَ فِيهِمْ قَالَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْعِلْمَ إِنَّ الْخِزْيَ الْيَوْمَ وَالْسُّوءَ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پھر وہ اُنہیں قیامت کے دن رسوا کرے گا اور ارشاد فرمائے گا: میرے وہ شریک کہاں ہیں جن کے حق میں تم (مومنوں سے) جھگڑا کرتے تھے؟ وہ لوگ جنہیں علم دیا گیا ہے کہیں گے: بیشک آج کافروں پر (ہر قسم کی) رسوائی اور بربادی ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Then, on the Day of Judgment, He will cover them with shame, and say: "Where are My 'partners' concerning whom ye used to dispute (with the godly)?" Those endued with knowledge will say: "This Day, indeed, are the Unbelievers covered with shame and misery,-

[39:26] | Faathaqahumu Allahu alkhizyafee alhayati alddunya walaAAathabual-akhirati akbaru law kanoo yaAAlamoona | فأذاقهم الله الخزي في الحياة الدنيا ولعذاب الآخرة أكبر لو كانوا يعلمون فَأَذَاقَهُمُ اللَّهُ الْخِزْيَ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پس اللہ نے انہیں دنیا کی زندگی میں (ہی) ذِلّت و رسوائی کا مزہ چکھا دیا اور یقیناً آخرت کا عذاب کہیں بڑا ہے، کاش وہ جانتے ہوتے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | So Allah gave them a taste of humiliation in the present life, but greater is the punishment of the Hereafter, if they only knew!

[41:16] | Faarsalna AAalayhim reehan sarsaranfee ayyamin nahisatin linutheeqahumAAathaba alkhizyi fee alhayati alddunyawalaAAathabu al-akhirati akhza wahum layunsaroona | فأرسلنا عليهم ريحا صرصرا في أيام نحسات لنذيقهم عذاب الخزي في الحياة الدنيا ولعذاب الآخرة أخزى وهم لا ينصرون فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيْحًا صَرْصَرًا فِي أَيَّامٍ نَّحِسَاتٍ لِّنُذِيقَهُمْ عَذَابَ الْخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَخْزَى وَهُمْ لَا يُنصَرُونَ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | سو ہم نے اُن پر منحوس دنوں میں خوفناک تیز و تُند آندھی بھیجی تاکہ ہم انہیں دنیوی زندگی میں ذِلت کے عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں، اور آخرت کا عذاب تو سب سے زیادہ ذِلت انگیز ہوگا اور اُن کی کوئی مدد نہ کی جائے گی | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | So We sent against them a furious Wind through days of disaster, that We might give them a taste of a Penalty of humiliation in this life; but the Penalty of a Hereafter will be more humiliating still: and they will find no help.
