| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [22:4] | Kutiba AAalayhi annahu man tawallahufaannahu yudilluhu wayahdeehi ila AAathabi alssaAAeeri |  كتب عليه أنه من تولاه فأنه يضله ويهديه إلى عذاب السعيركُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُ يُضِلُّهُ وَيَهْدِيهِ إِلَى عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | جس (شیطان) کے بارے میں لکھ دیا گیا ہے کہ جو شخص اسے دوست رکھے گا سو وہ اسے گمراہ کر دے گا اور اسے دوزخ کے عذاب کا راستہ دکھائے گا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | About the (Evil One) it is decreed that whoever turns to him for friendship, him will he lead astray, and he will guide him to the Penalty of the Fire.

[31:21] | Wa-itha qeela lahumu ittabiAAoo maanzala Allahu qaloo bal nattabiAAu ma wajadnaAAalayhi abaana awa law kana alshshaytanuyadAAoohum ila AAathabi alssaAAeeri | وإذا قيل لهم اتبعوا ما أنزل الله قالوا بل نتبع ما وجدنا عليه آباءنا أولو كان الشيطان يدعوهم إلى عذاب السعير وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ اتَّبِعُوا مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ قَالُوا بَلْ نَتَّبِعُ مَا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ آبَاءَنَا أَوَلَوْ كَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ تم اس (کتاب) کی پیروی کرو جو اﷲ نے نازل فرمائی ہے تو کہتے ہیں (نہیں) بلکہ ہم تو اس (طریقہ) کی پیروی کریں گے جس پر ہم نے اپنے باپ دادا کو پایا، اور اگرچہ شیطان انہیں عذابِ دوزخ کی طرف ہی بلاتا ہو | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | When they are told to follow the (Revelation) that Allah has sent down, they say: "Nay, we shall follow the ways that we found our fathers (following). "What! even if it is Satan beckoning them to the Penalty of the (Blazing) Fire?

[34:12] | Walisulaymana alrreehaghuduwwuha shahrun warawahuha shahrunwaasalna lahu AAayna alqitri wamina aljinni manyaAAmalu bayna yadayhi bi-ithni rabbihi waman yazighminhum AAan amrina nuthiqhu min AAathabi alssaAAeeri | ولسليمان الريح غدوها شهر ورواحها شهر وأسلنا له عين القطر ومن الجن من يعمل بين يديه بإذن ربه ومن يزغ منهم عن أمرنا نذقه من عذاب السعير وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ الرِّيحَ غُدُوُّهَا شَهْرٌ وَرَوَاحُهَا شَهْرٌ وَأَسَلْنَا لَهُ عَيْنَ الْقِطْرِ وَمِنَ الْجِنِّ مَن يَعْمَلُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ وَمَن يَزِغْ مِنْهُمْ عَنْ أَمْرِنَا نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور سلیمان (علیہ السلام) کے لئے (ہم نے) ہوا کو (مسخّر کر دیا) جس کی صبح کی مسافت ایک مہینہ کی (راہ) تھی اور اس کی شام کی مسافت (بھی) ایک ماہ کی راہ ہوتی، اور ہم نے اُن کے لئے پگھلے ہوئے تانبے کا چشمہ بہا دیا، اور کچھ جنّات (ان کے تابع کردیئے) تھے جو اُن کے رب کے حکم سے اُن کے سامنے کام کرتے تھے، اور (فرما دیا تھا کہ) ان میں سے جو کوئی ہمارے حکم سے پھرے گا ہم اسے دوزخ کی بھڑکتی آگ کا عذاب چکھائیں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And to Solomon (We made) the Wind (obedient): Its early morning (stride) was a month's (journey), and its evening (stride) was a month's (journey); and We made a Font of molten brass to flow for him; and there were Jinns that worked in front of him, by the leave of his Lord, and if any of them turned aside from our command, We made him taste of the Penalty of the Blazing Fire.

[35:6] | Inna alshshaytana lakumAAaduwwun faittakhithoohu AAaduwwan innamayadAAoo hizbahu liyakoonoo min as-habi alssaAAeeri | إن الشيطان لكم عدو فاتخذوه عدوا إنما يدعو حزبه ليكونوا من أصحاب السعير إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ فَاتَّخِذُوهُ عَدُوًّا إِنَّمَا يَدْعُواْ حِزْبَهُ لِيَكُونُوا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | بیشک شیطان تمہارا دشمن ہے سو تم بھی (اس کی مخالفت کی شکل میں) اسے دشمن ہی بنائے رکھو، وہ تو اپنے گروہ کو صرف اِس لئے بلاتا ہے کہ وہ دوزخیوں میں شامل ہو جائیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Verily Satan is an enemy to you: so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his adherents, that they may become Companions of the Blazing Fire.

[42:7] | Wakathalika awhaynailayka qur-anan AAarabiyyan litunthira omma alqurawaman hawlaha watunthira yawma aljamAAi larayba feehi fareequn fee aljannati wafareequn fee alssaAAeeri | وكذلك أوحينا إليك قرآنا عربيا لتنذر أم القرى ومن حولها وتنذر يوم الجمع لا ريب فيه فريق في الجنة وفريق في السعير وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّتُنذِرَ أُمَّ الْقُرَى وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَتُنذِرَ يَوْمَ الْجَمْعِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَرِيقٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَفَرِيقٌ فِي السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور اسی طرح ہم نے آپ کی طرف عربی زبان میں قرآن کی وحی کی تاکہ آپ مکّہ والوں کو اور اُن لوگوں کو جو اِس کے اِردگرد رہتے ہیں ڈر سنا سکیں، اور آپ جمع ہونے کے اُس دن کا خوف دلائیں جس میں کوئی شک نہیں ہے۔ (اُس دن) ایک گروہ جنت میں ہوگا اور دوسرا گروہ دوزخ میں ہوگا | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Thus have We sent by inspiration to thee an Arabic Qur'an: that thou mayest warn the Mother of Cities and all around her,- and warn (them) of the Day of Assembly, of which there is no doubt: (when) some will be in the Garden, and some in the Blazing Fire.

[67:5] | Walaqad zayyanna alssamaaalddunya bimasabeeha wajaAAalnaharujooman lilshshayateeni waaAAtadna lahumAAathaba alssaAAeeri | ولقد زينا السماء الدنيا بمصابيح وجعلناها رجوما للشياطين وأعتدنا لهم عذاب السعير وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِّلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور بے شک ہم نے سب سے قریبی آسمانی کائنات کو (ستاروں، سیاروں، دیگر خلائی کرّوں اور ذرّوں کی شکل میں) چراغوں سے مزیّن فرما دیا ہے، اور ہم نے ان (ہی میں سے بعض) کو شیطانوں (یعنی سرکش قوتوں) کو مار بھگانے (یعنی ان کے منفی اَثرات ختم کرنے) کا ذریعہ (بھی) بنایا ہے، اور ہم نے ان (شیطانوں) کے لئے دہکتی آگ کا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And we have, (from of old), adorned the lowest heaven with Lamps, and We have made such (Lamps) (as) missiles to drive away the Evil Ones, and have prepared for them the Penalty of the Blazing Fire.

| 7. [67:10] | Waqaloo law kunna nasmaAAu awnaAAqilu ma kunna fee as-habi alssaAAeeri | وقالوا لو كنا نسمع أو نعقل ما كنا في أصحاب السعير وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور کہیں گے: اگر ہم (حق کو) سنتے یا سمجھتے ہوتے تو ہم (آج) اہلِ جہنم میں (شامل) نہ ہوتے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we should not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!"

| 8. [67:11] | FaiAAtarafoo bithanbihim fasuhqanli-as-habi alssaAAeeri | فاعترفوا بذنبهم فسحقا لأصحاب السعير فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسُحْقًا لِّأَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | پس وہ اپنے گناہ کا اِعتراف کر لیں گے، سو دوزخ والوں کے لئے (رحمتِ اِلٰہی سے) دُوری (مقرر) ہے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | They will then confess their sins: but far will be (Forgiveness) from the Companions of the Blazing Fire!
