| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| 1. [22:7] | Waanna alssaAAata atiyatunla rayba feeha waanna Allaha yabAAathu manfee alquboori |  وأن الساعة آتية لا ريب فيها وأن الله يبعث من في القبوروَأَنَّ السَّاعَةَ آتِيَةٌ لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهَا وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْعَثُ مَن فِي الْقُبُورِ | |||||

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور بیشک قیامت آنے والی ہے اس میں کوئی شک نہیں اور یقیناً اﷲ ان لوگوں کو زندہ کر کے اٹھا دے گا جو قبروں میں ہوں گے | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And verily the Hour will come: there can be no doubt about it, or about (the fact) that Allah will raise up all who are in the graves.

[35:22] | Wama yastawee al-ahyaowala al-amwatu inna Allaha yusmiAAu man yashaowama anta bimusmiAAin man fee alquboori | وما يستوي الأحياء ولا الأموات إن الله يسمع من يشاء وما أنت بمسمع من في القبور وَمَا يَسْتَوِي الْأَحْيَاءُ وَلَا الْأَمْوَاتُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُسْمِعُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَمَا أَنتَ بِمُسْمِعٍ مَّن فِي الْقُبُورِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اور نہ زندہ لوگ اور نہ مُردے برابر ہو سکتے ہیں، بیشک اﷲ جسے چاہتا ہے سنا دیتا ہے، اور آپ کے ذمّہ ان کو سنانا نہیں جو قبروں میں (مدفون) ہیں (یعنی آپ کافروں سے اپنی بات قبول کروانے کے ذمّہ دار نہیں ہیں) | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Nor are alike those that are living and those that are dead. Allah can make any that He wills to hear; but thou canst not make those to hear who are (buried) in graves.

[60:13] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola tatawallaw qawman ghadiba AllahuAAalayhim qad ya-isoo mina al-akhirati kama ya-isaalkuffaru min as-habi alquboori | يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تتولوا قوما غضب الله عليهم قد يئسوا من الآخرة كما يئس الكفار من أصحاب القبور يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَوَلَّوْا قَوْمًا غَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ قَدْ يَئِسُوا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ كَمَا يَئِسَ الْكُفَّارُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْقُبُورِ | |||||
| Tahir ul Qadri | اے ایمان والو! ایسے لوگوں سے دوستی مت رکھو جن پر اللہ غضبناک ہوا ہے بیشک وہ آخرت سے (اس طرح) مایوس ہو چکے ہیں جیسے کفار اہلِ قبور سے مایوس ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | O ye who believe! Turn not (for friendship) to people on whom is the Wrath of Allah, of the Hereafter they are already in despair, just as the Unbelievers are in despair about those (buried) in graves.

| Tahir ul Qadri | اور جب قبریں زیر و زبر کر دی جائیں گی | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | And when the Graves are turned upside down;-

| Tahir ul Qadri | تو کیا اسے معلوم نہیں جب وہ (مُردے) اٹھائے جائیں گے جو قبروں میں ہیں | ||||||
| Yousuf Ali | Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad
